Formulate your goals correctly
First, goals, like ideas, must be written down on paper (notebook, diary, diary). A detailed goal is much more likely to be realized. If you believe that you can keep them in your head without formulating goals on paper, then do not flatter yourself about achieving them. Such goals can be safely attributed to the category of dreams. Dreams and desires wander chaotically in our head, they are chaotic, chaotic and completely unclear to us.
Rely only on your own strength

Reduce the number of goals
Write down the 5-6 most important goals you want to achieve in the next 90 days. Why exactly so many? The main thing at this stage is to shorten: the term and the number of items on the list. Why? There are five or six goals, because, as we already know, consciousness is not able to effectively cope with an excess of information. It is easy to find it on only a few tasks at the same time. Of course, there is a suitable time and place for the so-called dream-making, when you get rid of all the limitations of thinking and time and indulge in bold and crazy thoughts.
