Hey everyone I will be serving barbecue this Sunday January 7th at the American Legion Post 655 in Haltom City off of Carson Street. This will be my last event in Texas to serve my barbecue before I make the move to Colorado January 15th. Hope to see y’all there.

The Hotbox Barbecue is now serving custom handmade buns, I have partnered up with the good folks of Metro Bakery here out of Fort Worth Tx to provide not only some of the best barbecue but also now some delicious buns that can not be found in stores. These buns have zero preservatives and only have three ingredients and are out of this world. These buns are going to take my signature sandwich The Sloppy Fred to a whole new level.

Had a damn good weekend in Crowell Tx this weekend, a few buddies and I went and entered the Wild Hog Cookoff we did great and cooked a bunch of good food. Came home with 2nd place in the wild hog 3rd place with the pork spare ribs 8th in the brisket and ended up number 6 over all out of 16 teams that entered. Can’t thank everyone enough for the love and support in doing what I absolutely love to do.

All registered for the Wild Hog Cookoff November 3rd and 4th in Crowell Tx, I did very well last year and look to place top in all categories.
