LEMON GARLIC OVEN FRIES Ingredients
* 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
* 3 tablespoons fresh garlic minced (about 5 to 6 large cloves)
* finely ground sea salt and black pepper (I use 1/4 teaspoon salt and a few dashes of pepper in the lemon juice).

Green Tea Mousse Recipe
1 Tbsp Gelatin Powder
2 Egg Yolk
4 Tbsp Water
1 C Milk
½ C Sugar
1 C Heavy Cream
3 Tbsp Warm Water
1 Tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder (or more, depending on taste)
Mix gelatin powder in 4 Tbsp water. Dissolve the powder completely and remove any lumps.
Mix sugar and egg yolk in a bowl.
In a pan, heat milk over low/medium heat and then slowly add the gelatin. Make sure that the gelatin is dissolved.
While stirring, add the milk to the egg yolk mixture (so that it doesn’t cook the egg).
Use 3 tbsps of warm water to dissolve green tea powder.
Add this to the previous mixture.
Use egg be**er to whip heavy cream into whipped cream. Gently fold into the mixture.
Stir well and cool the bowl in a larger bowl filled with ice water.
Empty the mixture into glasses or cups and let it chill in a cool, dry place. Makes 4 servings.
Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastries For the pastries: 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened. 1/3 cup sugar. 2 teaspoons lemon juice. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries. 3/4 cup fig jam. 1 (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed.
Collagen Carrot Cake Loaf Ingredients: 1.5 cups blanched almond flour. 1 carrot, grated (roughly 2 cups loosely packed) 3 eggs, beaten. 1/3 cup Bulletproof Grass-Fed Ghee, melted. 1/3 cup powdered sweetener of choice. 2 Tbsp. tapioca flour. 1 scoop Bulletproof Collagen Protein powder. 2 tsp. vanilla extract or 1 tsp. vanilla powder.

Bread the chicken: Toss the chicken pieces in the flour, coating evenly and shaking off any extra flour. Place chicken on pan: Take the baking pan out of the oven and melt the butter on it.
Pat fish dry and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Working in batches, place fish in basket of air fryer and cook at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes, gently flipping halfway through, or until fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.

Rice soup Adding uncooked rice to soup allows your rice to soak up the flavors of your recipe. You can add rice already cooked, or uncooked, to soup, but it does affect the recipe. Uncooked rice soaks up liquid, so you'll need a lot more broth or water, and it may extend your soup's cooking time. In a large saucepan over high heat, combine 4 cups water and the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the chicken, carrots, onion, celery and bouillon and reduce heat to low. Add more water as necessary. Add the rice and allow to simmer for another 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
