This lovely pair of end tables has been refreshed with a custom shade of gray for the body, and a natural stain for the top. The unique wood grain shines through the protective finishing oil, which gives a nice gleam to the surface. Each table has a working drawer that slides easily, and graceful curved cabriole legs.

Brand-new solid metal handles have an oil-rubbed bronze finish with a subtle flourish on each end. The overall finish of the tables has a soft satin sheen from the protective topcoat, giving you beautiful neutral pieces to incorporate into your existing decor.

This beautiful 1940s Adler-Royal radio cabinet housing just oozes elegance. While originally it had a radio inside, now a shelf takes its place, giving you extra opportunity for storage. A great place to keep blankets or special occasion linens, or board games to stay until they are needed at family game night.

A brand new back metal screen has been installed (previously for venting of the radio, great for preventing musty odors if storing blankets), new drop handles, and new magnet closures on the doors. This cabinet has an off-white paint shade of Champlain by , with a rich cappucino-stained top lid, and can be opened from the front or top, or even the back. Stately piece to display in your home, a great piece of history!

Mid-Century Modern T. H. Robsjohn Gibbings for Widdicomb Square Table

Classic 1950s MCM vintage lines feature on this 24x24” side table. Historical value is emphasized with this piece, designed by T. H. Robsjohn Gibbings for Widdicomb brand (intact brand tag under top part of table, limited series numbering, unaltered). Due to unsalvageable damage to the blonde veneer on the original piece, the decision was made to redesign into something more current with paint and stenciling. The result is a beautifully deep and rich shade of blue-green that will stand out in any room as a side table, end table, occasional table, or even a nightstand.

The reverse taper legs have a two-tone look, with the very bottom in a dark gray shade (Ash by Fusion Mineral Paint brand), and the upper portion matching the table body in a dark teal tone (Chestler by Fusion Mineral Paint brand).

The lower shelf of the table has a damask stencil hand-applied in Ash to match the lower legs, and has been lightly hand-distressed to give a lived-in worn look.

The entire piece has been coated in Miss Lillian’s Satin Luster Acrylic Poly Topcoat, giving a slight sheen to the protective layer.

Local Chicago furniture store John A. Colby & Sons sold the original piece; their metal tag has been preserved intact on the bottom of the table, exactly as originally placed by the store.

This cute little desk was in great condition when I saw it at one of my favorite stores, and I couldn't pass it up. I felt it needed to be lightened up in color from the dark wood it originally was though, and it would look great in a cozy corner as a workstation or charging station. The cutout hole in the back is genius for keeping cords looking clean, and the slide shelf is perfect for a keyboard or notepad, and it all just tucks neatly back in. It could also be used as a mini coffee bar, set a Keurig on top and a rack of pods on the sliding shelf! This was the first project that I used my sprayer to paint with, and I just love the way the finish is so smooth!

This lovely little jewelry armoire was a fun challenge. I decided to leave the original seashell accent on it and give the whole piece a treatment of antiquing wax after painting a white shade with a subtle sheen of blue. A touch of pearl wax on the curves gives beautiful movement.
