Finished this job earlier in the year for some great folks in Glen Allen. We took a two level outdoor living space that was past its prime and turned into a very functional space!

Wet weather has not been our friend for the past couple months but we are still getting projects done. This was a very nice transformation for some good friends in Glenn Allen from a deck passed its prime, to a new space on the same level as an existing patio. A new brick stoop and steps, new built in grill with gas piped in from the house and a HUGE granite workspace/dining space make it a much more functional outdoor living area.

Recently completed job for some great customers in Henrico. Round 2 is set to be started in the next few weeks. A connecting sidewalk to another patio space on the other side of the new deck!

Another recently completed job for some great folks in Goochland. It was a blank slate on a new property but with a new pool installed by Pleasure pools and the new Belgard pool deck we installed, it is definitely going to be a nice oasis!!

Nice patio project to go with an addition to a some great folks house in the fan. Tumbled pavers to blend in with the old architecture of the fan.

Finished this job back in September for some great customers. The pool and patio make it a great family space and we got it all finished to enjoy a few last pool days before the weather broke.

Recently completed this job for some friends in Midlothian. From an old shed past its prime to an awesome raised patio, seating wall, firepit, steps, pavilion and lighting. We also built a 125’ foot retaining wall, extended and leveled the parking area and wrapped it up with new asphalt. Major transportation that turned out great!

This turned out out to be great wedding venue for a great family in Powhatan. Enough space to entertain and a new outdoor kitchen area for grilling.

ROUND 2!! We completed a patio for some great customers in Moseley last summer and they decided they wanted a little more room. One short step up to a second patio area and a new pavilion has created a “2 room” outdoor living space. I know this one is getting plenty of use.

A nice new patio for some great folks in Midlothian. The idea was there when I got there, but it’s a little more formal space now. I know this one will get plenty of outdoor family fun.

A beautiful transformation for some great friends in Midlothian. Reworked the entire driveway making it wider and adding some larger parking areas. A 150’ ft wall, columns, lighting, new asphalt, not to mention a beautiful patio, firepit, and bench out back!

This was a fun project for some great folks in Midlothian. From a multi layer decking system to an awesome new deck, patio, firepit and seating wall. Im sure it will provide many years of entertainment for this family!

This was a fun one, for some great folks in Hanover. From an empty backyard to an absolutely beautiful stone patio. Stone work, custom firepit, lighting, extending existing walls grading and sod make this truly a one of kind backyard.

I nice backyard renovation to open up some more turf areas for kids playing as well as provide a nice patio space for entertaining.

An older paver driveway that needed some love as well as an extension of it to help get to a ramp. A renovated ramp and porch should provide a safer in and out for these customers in Henrico.

Nice new patio space to go along with a new deck and pergola in Midlothian.

Nice outdoor kitchen in Midlothian we finished back in January. Hopefully by now it’s getting some use.

From nice brick patio to an awesome outdoor living area. This was a fun project for all involved. The structure, the firepit, the 55” tv, and the additional patio will surely be enjoyed for many years to come.

Little something different for us, a very clean broom finish patio with poured in place stepping stones, finished off with a few plantings and decorative gravel to set off the fire pit area. A very steep slope had its challenges but the end product turned out great!

With a view or the swift creek reservoir, and nice new patio and deck makes it even better!
