~ granny square pattern ~
Here is my updated GS written pattern … please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve on this pattern. I am self taught and in all honesty, I’m not trying to make a pattern that you could find on the internet, I’m trying to build my patterns in a way that will make sense to someone who doesn’t work with written patterns while also appealing to those who do. Visual learners and cutsie and color as well …
Let me know what you think! I’m going to be using this template as a foundation for my sweater / future patterns to come.

~ my 70s vibes DIY wedding ~
I apologize in advance for the lack of subtitles but if you follow my story, you’ll know that I had recorded my voice overs and added the subtitles and then accidentally pressed the cancel button and lost all of my progress … as much as I want to spend another hour doing that, the hassle is too much at the moment and I just want to get a reel out to you guys.

I didn’t have a tutorial for you guys today, especially with my wrist pain from last night, I don’t want to risk hurting myself so I’ll be taking a break for a little bit as far as actually crochet goes but hopefully I’ll be good to go in a couple days and can upload a tutorial!

I have 3 patterns I was messing around with over the weekend that I thought you guys might want to see SO … having said that, if you wouldn’t mind commenting which you’d like to see :

~ afghan giveaway ~
I got multiple messages when I posted the last post about this that not everyone has Venmo so I’ve opened so other options up. I’m still working on getting my Zelle set up but I will hopefully be adding this as an option as well!
At the moment we are sitting at $40 or 8 squares for the Afghan! I’m super excited to see how it turns out.
I haven’t had any requests for colors other than my wedding colors so that’s what the last slide is > I will be going off of this pattern moving forward!

PART 2 OUT NOW ~ the tutorial is the layout and where to put the seams for the sweater, mostly stitching but gives you a good idea of where everything goes.
I might make a pattern for this but I might start adding things to the subscription tab for things like patterns and some other exclusive content, not sure yet … I may not, we’ll see how much effort it takes!

Today’s tutorial is for sewing in crochet > this technique is similar to creating a seam along our sewn together projects.
This is not the only way to sew projects together, this is only the method I use so be nice in the comments > parts 2 & 3 will go more in depth on the sweater pattern itself where today is more of a beginner lesson on sewing so that we can get to the fun part!

Hello beautiful people! I am going to be doing a giveaway / raffle contest to help raise some money for my upcoming summer wedding❤️
I thought a fun way to get my followers involved and help us save a little extra would be to have a give away!
I will be crocheting an Afghan ~ the Afghan size will depend on the amount of donations made. For every $5 donation, I will be making one granny square to go towards the Afghan. When making the donation, you can leave a sweet message or request on what color you’d like the square and I will be making a reel for each donation to document the progress we make and share the love from my followers❤️❤️❤️
