Alive Hoon, the new Japanese 🇯🇵 movie about drifting premiered in Japan last week (June 10). It has a 8.7 currently on IMDB, and some of the movies crew has began to confirm they are looking to release it in Nirth America with an English dub!

Exciting?! I think so, featuring no CGI scenes and driving from some of the best drifters in the world. This will be worth a watch to support!

Through 20 years of being into drifting, there are still few drift videos as intense as this in car video from the mid 2000s featuring the great Ueo and his Yuke’s AE86.

What you see here is Hiroya Minowa, the 12 YEAR OLD SON of drifting legends Shinji and Masayo Minowa (yes, TWELVE YEARS OLD, that isn't a typo) nearly taking arguably the best drifter in the entire world and multiple series winner in D1GP and Formula D USA, Daigo Saito to an OMT int he top 32 of Formula D Japan Round 1.

And that isn't because Daigo made a mistake. Daigo put down what was arguably the best and most aggressive runs of the entire top 32. Hiroya, like a couple of other young legacy drifters, simply are showing that they mean business and paving a future for drifting. Though Hiroya ultimately lost this close battle, a message has been sent. Epic!
