2022 is going to be even bigger!!!

It has been an extremely busy holiday season for my clients and me. I have been spending most of my time on the road showing houses and negotiating deals. Due to a hectic schedule, i have been neglecting Social Media! This is my main objective to improve in 2022!

One of the best parts about being a Real Estate agent is being able to buy and sell homes for your friends and family. While I am sad to see 122 Kyle's Way be sold to a new family, I am happy that I was able to get this completed for my good friends Erik and Tania. They had moved two years ago, but was currently renting this place out. They trusted me to get the job done and I was happy to oblige!

Congrats to the new family moving in and I hope you enjoy this home as much as I did. My fraternity brothers even organized a surprise party for me at this home years ago when I was going through Chemotherapy. From countless weekends, Super Bowl Parties, and endless Poker Games this house brought a lot of joy not just to the owners, but to me!
