Growing up in a India Drinking Chai for any thing or everything is very common.
It's only much later that we realise the beauty of this beverage to truly appreciate it in various forms.

5 Steps to Losing your FIRST 10 Ibs

1. Processed food & sugar. Both are the leading causes of chronic diseases.
2. Stop eating 4 hours before bed. Yes I said it. Stop eating all the time, especially right before you lay down.
3. Go for a walk. This is especially helpful if you go after your largest meal. GET IT MOVING. At least 15mins
4. Sleep. Just sleep. I know it's easier said than done, but getting enough sleep is CRUCIAL for weight loss. At least 7 hours
5. Eat meat (if Veggie: paneer, lentil or beans) and vegetables. Seriously. Let's not over complicate this. Meat 🥩(if vegetarian: paneer, lentil or beans) and veggies🥗 80% of time.
FOLLOW THESE and I can almost guarantee you'll see significant changes quickly.

My quick, tasty and easy meal Broccoli, Home made salsa & cheese. Add salt/pepper/ chili flakes to your taste.
Direction: microwave broccoli first for three mins then layer all the ingredients shown in pics. At the end microwave again for 2-3mins or till cheese melts. Enjoy

Egg Bhurji (Spiced Indian Scrambled Eggs) Egg bhurji is the Indian twist to scrambled eggs. Packed with the right amount of flavor and spice, these delicious Indian scrambled eggs are perfect for any meal of the day! Just add home made salsa, Ginger to your choice egg, whole or just egg white. If you are doing scramble add 1/4 curry masala in last couple mins. Or if you are doing omelet then add curry with all the mixture. Enjoy.
