Hey Kids - Did you know Kids Help Phone has a dedicated group just for Indigenous Kids that have Indigenous, Inuit and Mets crisis responders? We have contact cards available at the front desk for anyone interested. This is a great option if you need to message someone right away, or if you're not comfortable, or not able to get in to see one of our counselors

One Minute Gratitude journals free for pick up at the front desk at the Health Center. Gratitude is SO powerful! I challenge you to see how just finding one thing to be grateful for can really change your life. It was the first thing I did in therapy about 4 years ago and its the first thing I try to bring myself back to when I lose focus, or get off track with my self care routine. Gratitude has shown me so much humility, appreciation and understanding and I learned there really is something to be grateful for every single day. These are free! Please come pick one up and see how gratitude can affect your life! -Natasha
