It’s 4th of July weekend - here are some tips to keep in mind with the festivities coming up

1. You might be tempted to skip meals to “save calories” but this will more than likely set you up for overeating or even bingeing later in the night which will leave you feeling both physically and mentally crappy

2. Start challenging those ED thoughts by reframing from “this is bad for me” to “this food will nourish me” more than likely stressing over food is more damaging to your health than eating the foods at the barbecue

3. Feel comfortable! If your anxious the last thing you want to do is feel physically uncomfortable too. So wear a swim suit, wear a dress, or wear that outfit that makes you FEEL GOOD.

Make sure to save these tips to feel some support if you’re anxious going into the weekend.

The key to overcoming that fear is opening you mind and being honest with how this mindset has affected you thus far. (Hint it’s not good)
