LBK 3D Printing
I create custom 3d printed items from your imagination!
Even more cookie cutter fun! How many designs can you name?
A huge thank you to everyone who supports my small business! Yall have kept me busy, but I'm glad to say I can still offer next day pickup for nearly all orders and I'm looking to expand my printers to ensure I can keep up with yalls creativity!
Another fun project for a long time customer! A creative cake topper to add that unique color combo to set off a great looking cake!
If you've got an idea for a cookie cutter, cake topper, or just some other printable fun, don't hesitate to message me so we can turn your idea into a reality!
Between all these orders, my 3d Printing Assistant has been busy testing her cutters for durability and quality! We won't eat these doughy cookies, but prefer to leave the baking to the pros!
Thanks to everyone who continues to support my small business. Yall have kept me so busy and I appreciate each and every order!
I've been so busy with printing and spending time with the 3d printing assistant that I've fallen off from posting!
Here's some of the cookie cutter craziness that has kept us busy since the super bowl. As a reminder all 3 to 5" cutters are $5 with 20% off at orders of 5 or more!
Follow the page for more printing fun to be featured soon!
I'm not sure who you're cheering on in the big game, but in this house, we always root for Mahomies!
Make sure you've got everything needed to make up the best custom cookies!
*That other team design is also available upon request* šš
The start of the year has flown by! Here's one neat project I printed up for a Harry Potter funko character display!
My 3d printing assistant was sorting and gluing some buttons for her own creations in the background.
My 3D printing helper got her own custom printed Elmo head planter and we added a crazy hair plant to make it more fun!
It's awesome to see her get excited about printing and making things at home!
Not everything I print up is as straightforward as a cookie cutter, but when I found a design for a dice holding sword for D&D, I knew I had to print it as a gift to a student employee who works with me. They're now prepared for any battle that comes on their journey (and hopefully won't forget their dice either)!
In all of the cutter making fun, I snuck in some fun Halloween decorations for my office! I found this super sized Lego skeleton (7 times larger than a normal Lego guy) and this fun ghost pumpkin.
3D printing has made creating my own fun toys and everyday items possible in a way I never before imagined! These two were favorites in my office on campus, but I've got some fun Thanksgiving and Christmas projects in mind too!
Yall have kept me absolutely busy with cutters and I so appreciate it! I've got some other fun projects I'll showcase soon but here's a bunch of the cutters I've made here lately! Recognize any of these shapes?
If you've ever picked up something from the house, you might have also seen the name Yellow Thread Monograms and Sewing hanging around as well.
My wife runs that page and is working away at projects getting ready for the holidays so have her help with making your gifts extra special this year!
Only 63 days until Christmas! I will be taking orders until December 4th to give plenty of time to get orders done in time for Christmas and have time with my family.
Iām doing my first vendor fair on Saturday, November 11th. More information to come on that!
Message me to get your orders started today. I can do Christmas stockings, blankets, towels, bags and more for your personalized gift needs! I have personalized Christmas ornaments that I will share more about.
Thank you for supporting my small business this holiday season!
If you've picked up a print from my house recently, you might have noticed this rain gauge added to the garden. Last night it got a full durability test like no other!
It measured 5.5 inches of rain at our house last night. I love the simplicity of 3D printing up my own rain gauge for the house and other customizations for household items!
I fly infrequently, but as a type 1 diabetic I am always worried about my sensitive supplies being crushed. Not after today!
With this custom sized and clearly labeled box, risks of TSA ruining valuable supplies with x-rays and fears of crushed boxes are no more!
While this isn't useful to everyone, the capabilities of 3d printing to make unique use items, like my insulin vial storage egg, are so engrained in my day to day that it's hard to imagine a life where ideas can't become reality!
I plan to feature more useful prints (along with all the crazy cookie cutters!) in posts moving forward!
A new project that is already a favorite in our house! A heart night light container!
This print is so smooth, but has these contours to let this light up wire run through it. The controller runs on rechargeable AA batteries. My daughter loves this new night light and it looks great!
I love all the creative opportunities that 3D printing brings to make neat things at home.
My 3D printing assistant and and I have been making lots of fun things lately! We hope you're having a great 4th of July!
Keep posted for more fun prints coming up!
Cookie cutter craziness!
Yall have kept my new printer busy this past few weeks! Here's just a highlight of all the fun designs, but I appreciate every order I get!
From kind heeler pups to Italian plumbers who fight evil lizards, it's all possible! Let me help with your custom design!
I have been trying to get this project done for a month, but every time I tried, this filament broke a machine!
Pictured is a sign my mom bought for my daughter's room (the theme is stars and moons) and had cut outs for the words. I used UV reactive filament to make panels to go behind the cut outs so she can use a "special flashlight " (uv flashlight) to light it up.
I love how excited she gets to check the printer for the latest gizmo or project and then can't wait to play with it. This hobby turned small business is one I can't wait to share more and more with her over the years!
A bit late for today's rain storm but a fun functional print: a rain gauge installed by my printing assistant!
I had to design a spike to super glue to the bottom but this PETG filament will withstand rain, sun, and the summer heat just fine. Looking forward to seeing it measure up all this crazy rain we've had.
More fun multi-color prints from today. As I continue to learn about this machine and all it is capable of, I am even more impressed. I love being able to make up fun items for my daughter as well as useful other items!
To test out my new printers multi color capability, I found a new planter I really liked and put it to work! A long 12 hour print with so many color changes but the result is amazing! Check the comments for a photo of the final result!
I hope everyone is having a great Mother's Day!
I've got a couple orders already for this week, but I'll be out of town Thursday-Sunday. If you are anticipating needing something for pickup then, please let me know and I can get it done before I leave or when I get back!
Thank you for yalls continued support!
A time-lapse of the dragon being printed.
Here's a closer look at the dragon and the flower coaster set. These really do look amazing up close! I'm ready to get all my ideas printed up!
The new printer is running! I knew it would be great, but this is a whole new level of printing.
Bare with me while I geek out over this. My old printer (ender 5) was faster than my original ender 3, but this x1c goes so much faster while maintaining a level of printing I couldn't achieve with the old ones.
First up was a print in place dragon. The connections are strong and the clarity of the face is immaculate. Best yet, my old printers would have taken 17 and 23 hours respectively to print it. The x1c did it (better) in just 7 hours 15 minutes.
Next up was a set of sunflower coasters for my wife (complete with coaster holder). Again, the definition of the chains holding the petals together was unrivaled by anything I've been able to achieve with any printer.
Yall be ready for some neat photos and projects ahead. This printer has opened doors I didn't know possible!
..oh and it makes its own time lapse videos too!
As I'm getting excited for the new printer, I wanted to show off the great work my old printers can still do!
Last May, I received a small plant from a former student employee as a gift when they graduated after working with me for 3 years. It outgrew its pot so clearly it was time to print a new one! I love the matte surface of these geometric designs!
BIG NEWS!
I've been saving and saving (and saving) for an upgraded printer for the better part of a year AND I JUST ORDERED IT! This new printer goes four to five times faster than my current 2 printers and the quality is second to none. This will not only open up faster print times, but will also give me the option of printing with carbon fiber, multi-colored printing, and one new material that allows for DISH WASHER SAFE cookie cutters!
Thank you to everyone who helped support my small hobby to grow into a successful little business that helps me to reinvest in my craft. This is a HUGE step for me as it's the biggest single purchase (that wasn't a car/house) so far in my life and every one of your orders has helped me to get here, so THANK YOU!
Once it gets up and running, I'll be sure to show off the new Bambu Labs X1 Carbon Printer in action! It is easily the most revolutionary innovation to happen in 3d printing in the past few years.
If you've ever picked up a 3d print from me, then you'll recognize this plant! Such a cool opportunity to see it grow and bloom!
It's been a while since I posted, but I've been busy with lots of fun projects! Thank you to everyone who continues to support my small business!
Here are just a few creative cookie cutters I've made up over the past month. I'm excited that I may be able to add a 3rd 3D printer to my setup in the near future which will help make even more ideas a reality!
THE big game week, needs big game cutters! Get your set ordered today. All sizes available.
So many fun cutter designs lately! Thank you for trusting me to see your idea become a reality! Message me today to get your project started!
