What is the secret to perfect fudgy brownies ?

Hello guys ☺️ Today we would like to talk about how temperature, butter and sugar will affect your brownies. The way you set your temperature as well as the ingredients will decide whether you can make perfect fudgy brownies or not.

But fear not, because we are here to spill some tips 😉 So, in order to produce perfect brownies:
1) the temperature should be set at exactly 350°, any lesser than that the brownies will take longer to bake
2) using brown sugar can create faint molasses taste as well as make it chewier
3) use melted butter instead of softened butter for the chewy treats
4) melted chocolate is good for a fudgier texture and smoother tasting
5) cool the brownies for 5 -10 minutes before cutting to create pretty edges

Is COCOA the same as CACAO ??

Today, we would like to share some facts about COCOA and CACAO.

As we all know, both are spelled almost the same way, however they are completely different from each other.
This is because:
🌰 Cocoa refers to the roasted cacao beans, while cacao refers to the unroasted cacao beans !
🌰 Usually cocoa is heated at a high temperature which will produce a sweet tasting product, meanwhile cacao is heated a a much lower temperature that separates the fatty part of the bean from the rest.
🌰 Cocoa are used for processed chocolate products, and the cacao are used for raw, vegan chocolate products.
