This invoice is read only because the Time billing layout isn't supported in the browser. Switch to AccountRight desktop to edit this invoice.

You install Account Right desktop but cant log inot the account because you havent got a subsciption.

Well, we've ben working on this since 2020 ,, but not fixed it yet.. Bye

We are using our prices to a whopping 160 dollars Australian per month for our premium product. The Ukranian war has forced us to do this vital increase. Now before you get your knickers in a knot , we promise to keep our current levels of phone service as usual. Be sure we will no longer route your calls to Ukraine or Thailand.

Hi,



I have migrated MYOB file from AccountRight to Essentials. How do I delete / edit imported invoices that are incorrect? It is showing an error message that the invoice is read only as Professional layout isn't supported in the browser - switch to Accountright to edit this invoice. I do not have access to Accountright anymore, it is read only.. I just want to delete it, not edit it!



The invoice hasn't had any payments applied to it either and is 'open'.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues with automatic updates. Once your file is ready for the automatic upgrade, you will receive a message to restart the software. However, after you have restarted and the file is upgraded, this message should not recur. If you're experiencing a situation different to that, please give us the exact details of what errors you're getting, so we can investigate further.



We also understand that a number of users are impacted by the recent price increase of our products. For those who are impacted and would further like to discuss that increase, we recommend contacting our Accounts and billing team on 1300 793 130.

Sorry to hear you that you have had some issues with the migration to the new MYOB Essentials platform. This newer MYOB Essentials platform does allow for some new features and functions, previously unavailable in the original platform. These do include things like BAS lodgement, extended report functionality, job tracking and more. Check out Learn about the changes after upgrading MYOB Essentials for a full list of benefits of that new MYOB Essentials platform.



While the original MYOB Essentials platform did allow for the entry of additional email addresses these are not included in the migration. Should you wish to have these included in the newer MYOB Essentials it would be a case of including them in the contacts record with a semicolon.



In terms of invoices showing as closed when open has been selected, we have seen some cases of this situation occurring. It typically can occur after closing the Create invoice window and returning to the Invoices window but we've seen other cases of it occurring. In saying that, I have registered that you have been impacted by this situation with the required team.

We were aware of some emailing concerns around the time of your post, this has since been resolved so do try that process again and let us know how you get on. Getting the actual message and when it is occurring would be ideal.

If you are experiencing "Cannot Connect Error" on your computer please ring us, we are aware of the issue. This issue has been a problem since 2004 but rest assured we are working on it. Nevertheless, ring us, your estimated hold time will be around 40 to 80 minutes and we will inform you on how to reinstall MYOB on your computer. If this does not help , please contact your IT administrator to purchase a new computer woith the latest operating system. We thank you for your patience in this matter and do encourage you to pay your account bill on time. This is to avoid delays and errors as " Unable to Connect" and any late fees we may charge you..
