LOTS of senior grad cookies headed out this AM!
A quick note about my cookies...Other peoples cookies LOOK fantastic! That is because other bakers use royal icing as their base. I do NOT use royal icing. The icing I use has what I think is a better taste and I am just not willing to trade taste for detail. That is why there is such a visual difference. I highly respect those who have mastered the art of Royal icing and quite seriously bow to their skill levels. But in the end cookies are for eating and if I am not ok with the taste then I am not ok with serving it. It is personal preference that is for sure and neither way is wrong. I just use a different method for different reasons. But I wanted to explain why if you order and I state I can not do the detail the reason is TASTE! and lets face it you ALL LOVE the taste don't ya!

BRRRR! after much back n forth we have decided not to open Trixie tomorrow. Temps are dangerously low. We do however have treats and if u really wanted or needed them Message me and we will get u hooked up this weekend some how. Stay warm! Stay safe!!!

We are just two days away and the icing is made and the chocolate is cookin! We have long stem rose cookies, valentine baby yoda (yoda one for me) Some hot coco bomb cookie combos (you da bomb!) and some superbowl treats as well. You can not forget The famous homemade chocolate sauce and cookie fries (fries before guys right?) Portions of the proceeds go to Home of the Sparrow right here in town! See you there! (All cookies can be kept safely in the fridge or freezer if you need to save some for next week)
