在比赛时要准备好两样东西 第一是精神层面 第二是肢体架势
当你在精神层面上已经准备好应对每个状况的时候，那你在防御的同时会相对比较轻松。
而在肢体上呢，你需要一个好的站姿架势，良好的站姿架势也涵盖了攻击选项，同时也会促进了你的攻击。弱势的站姿会让你的对手占优势。

精神上要保持警惕，肢体上保持一个好的架势，这样你自然就会成为一个很难缠的竞争对手了。

Athletes who are interested to tryout for the 2023 national team, please note that we will be running tryouts on 26th November 2022 here in Kuala Lumpur. Venue to be confirmed in due time. Please drop an email to [email protected] with your name and competing division that you are interested to tryout for. We will send an information package with registration forms to you within 2 weeks.
Registrations will close at 23:59 hours on 16th October 2022. See you there!
