Golden Eagles, please join for the 2023 Recreational Sports and Fitness Day celebration to commemorate the founding of more than 70 years ago.

Rec Day takes place February 22 from 12 – 4 p.m. on the South Village Field and will feature interactive, inflatable football, soccer and basketball, wellness resources, and more!

Group Exercise Classes begin this Tuesday 1/31 🙌. Classes are free and first come, first served. To sign up, please visit a Recreation Floor Attendant in-person.

Our student coaches can teach you everything you need to know about nutrition, plus the science of mindfulness and habit change. Think of your nutrition coach as a supportive mentor who can offer individual feedback and encouragement as you make food and lifestyle changes 💪🦅

This event will feature a 1v1 SSBU Tournament, activities & raffles in between matches, and a grand finale… a 2v2 SUPER MATCH with returning Champions.

Spectators are welcomed and encourged (sign-up required).

Additional info: Please note: only 16 spots are available for the 1v1 tournament on a first come, first served basis. We will accept up to 4 alternates in case of day off absences. Registration link in bio. Confirmation emails will be sent to @ calstatela email addresses to all those wishing to compete in the 1v1 tournament. Prize details coming soon. No food or drink is permitted within the U-SU Theatre, please snack and drink outside in the U-SU plaza. Face masks are required indoors.
