Tony is a business coach. But he’ll probably never introduce himself that way again. It’s way too vague.
Now that he’s found his niche, when people ask what he does, he says,
⚽️🎾 “I help professional athletes transition into a business career. I show them what they can leveraged from sports and what new skills are needed to transition and maintain the same level of success they enjoyed as an athlete.”
Pretty awesome, right?
Tony’s business has real focus! He knows his niche market and has niche products.
(By the way, if you know of a pro athlete in the last year of their sports career, you should show them this post. They’re going to want to talk to Tony!)

Hello, my FaceBook friends; I need your help! I'd love to hear your thoughts on an online course I've created for athletes facing a career reset.
If you are an athlete, former or current, looking down the barrel of retirement and you have no idea what to do next, I would love to get on a 30-minute call.
The online course I have created is about getting the mindset right for the transition. I want to help athletes understand what skills can be transferred to the business world and what blindspots might hold them back.
I want to ensure this is perfect for the athletes I want to serve, so I want them to experience the course for free.
Please D.M. me if you are or were an athlete and see this as an exciting proposition. I will be forever grateful for your help.
P.S. If you are not an athlete but know someone who s or was, please tag them in the comments below.

An "I am" statement can be incredibly powerful. When you declare "I am" followed by a positive trait or affirmation, you are creating a positive identity for yourself.
Your mind begins to believe what you say about yourself, and your actions and behaviors align accordingly.
To harness the power of "I am" statements, choose positive affirmations that resonate with you and repeat them often to yourself.
For example, if you say, "I am confident," you will exhibit more confidence daily.
Conversely, if you repeatedly say negative "I am" statements like "I am always anxious," you reinforce those negative beliefs about yourself.
Over time, you may be surprised to see the positive changes they bring to your life.
Two powerful words that can shape who you are in any given moment. Learn how to use them wisely.
In this webinar we will look art what it means to remove the notion of having an external performance-based identity, the pressure to perform for others, and replacing it with an internal drive to perform for oneself.
This idea is worth considering because it can provide a framework for understanding and addressing issues for those under pressure to perform to others' expectations.
Shifting the focus from external expectations to individual motivation can promote a sense of agency and empowerment.
Additionally, it can create a more relaxed mindset and remove the negative implications of external pressure to perform.

What are the voices in your head telling you?
The power of the voices in our head As we navigate our professional journeys, we must remember the power of our internal narrative. The thoughts and beliefs we hold about ourselves and our abilities can shape our actions and ultimately determine our success. It's easy to fall into the trap of negative self-talk and limiting beliefs. S...

Change happens, and it happens more often than we care to think.
When change happens, it can wipe clean everything that provides us with our sense of identity. This absence of identity creates chaos, confusion, and a sense of being out of control.
When we feel out of control, our external world will reflect the internal conflict we are experiencing. We grab and grasp for anything that will create a sense of control, regardless of whether it is good for us.
Taking ownership of what is in our power will recreate the control our brain is seeking. When we do this correctly, we can create our desired future and work smoothly through the change we are experiencing.

Change happens more than we care to admit. Whether it's by choice or it's forced upon us, change can suck.
One of the main reasons for this is our desire to avoid change, and we fight against it. We do this because change is scary; we don't know what we are walking into, so our brain does what it can to return to the comfort of our old ways.
This doesn't have to be so. We can make change a whole lot easier through a Tiny Habits program. It's easy, free, and you can sign up with me here.

Just the facts!
Focus on the facts Ma'm just the facts. When the brain can't find an answer or solution it will make something up. We've all been there; your boss calls you into the office and your brain immediatley makes up a story about you being in some sort of trouble. To over come this, you must train yourself to focus on the facts of the situation....
