🌟 TRAINING UPDATE 🌟
Just wanted to give you guys a quick lil update on a few things! I’ve been on a nee training split now for about a month and the GAINS ARE INSANE 🔥 Also, might have something to do with my nutrition too… see below! 👇🏼
❤️🔥WORKOUT SPLIT❤️🔥
I started doing a 6-day upper/lower split about a month ago and I’m in LOVE.
I love the balance between the upper and lower body and how balanced my physique is becoming because of it.
I also love that it allows me to workout 6 days a week because this girl is STRESSED!!!! This is bc the workouts are max 6 exercises each - they are quick and EFFECTIVE. I am DEAD after each one but I’m not OVERworking myself by doing more than 6 exercises at a time!

ITS BULKING SZN LADIES 😍🥳
This is my FIRST ever bulk and I LOVE IT! I’ve gained some healthy weight and am making some serious muscle and strength gains.
I plan to bulk 6-8 months out of the year and then cut for a few months before the summer. In the summer, I’ll be in maintenance after my cut!
Bulking was so scary to me before I realized I’m not going to make the muscle gains I want to by not eating enough. The end goal is SO worth it! Here’s your sign to EAT🍽
