Hi everyone! After a longer than expected hiatus moving house and starting University again, I am back and baking!! Today is my amazing and thoughtful boyfriend’s birthday so I thought he deserved a fancy cake. This is a Guinness chocolate cake with whisky buttercream (YES alcoholic buttercream) topped with a milk chocolate ganache and some of his favourite goodies. If anyone lives nearby we’ll be handing out slices through our window this weekend so stop by and give it a try yourself. 😉

Made these sweet little pumpkin cupcakes today for a birthday lady!! We’re moving house in a couple of weeks so that means I need to use as much of my canned pumpkin as I can before then! 🎃✨ The recipe for these was from Sally’s Baking Addiction - they were so yummy!

This recipe was inspired by my scrolling upon ‘s signature !! I used recipe for her cinnamon buns and then watched the reel showing how to brain them like this over and over... and over... until we had these giant guys in muffin pans! According to my official taste tester, these are the “best thing I ever baked” - so I’ll take that as positive feedback!!
