Veggie Hash Recipe—seriously the best veggie flavor combo. This is SO good for breakfast or lunch and works great for meal prep. I like to add two eggs on top and sometimes I also throw in some diced ham. 🔪Chop Brussel sprouts (I use two bags) and two sweet potatoes.🧅Dice up one small onion and baby portobello mushrooms. 🥣Combine all of the veggies in a large mixing bowl. 🧂Add a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, and salt & pepper. 🥄Mix everything together so it disperses evenly. Layer it in one or two 9x13 pans.Bake at 400° for 25 minutes until roasted. One of my favorite stretches—pigeon pose! 🐦 This is a great hip opener stretch for your thighs, pelvis, back, piriformis, and psoas. Check out these 3 options/flexibility progressions. Why is this stretch beneficial? 👉Helps reduce tightness from long periods of sitting and slouching 👉Helps reduce lower back pain by activating the lower back & core while increasing mobility in the front of the body 👉Increases flexibility in the hip flexors and lower back muscles. 👉Supports digestion 👉Extending the rear leg stretches the psoas and other hip flexor muscles 👉The rotators and outer hip are stretched in the front (bent) leg. As a busy mom, I’m all about making simple meals while still keeping it relatively healthy and nutrient dense. This pesto chicken recipe is super delicious and perfect for meal prepping your lunches or dinners to make life just a little easier + stay on track with your nutrition. 📈💁‍♀️ Ingredients:🍗chicken breasts, 🥦broccoli, 🍅cherry tomatoes, 🧀Parmesan cheese, 🌱Rao’s pesto sauce (or another brand of your choice), 🫒olive oil, 🥘low sodium chicken stock, 🧄garlic powder, 🧂salt & pepper. Directions: 1) Dice chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, & pepper. 2) Cook chicken in approx. 2 Tbsp olive oil. Remove from pan and set aside. 3) Add in approx. 1/2 cup of chicken stock to pan drippings from cooking your chicken along with broccoli and halved cherry tomatoes. 4) Sauté vegetables until tender. 5) Stir in a few Tbsps of pesto sauce (I love Rao’s 😋). 6) Sprinkle in some Parmesan, add your cooked chicken back in and enjoy!
