I could not miss out on this week's Spoonflower challenge called Joyful Jungle πΏ After indulging in so many ideas, I'm happy to announce I chose my favorite, a colorful and happy pattern!

Yeah, I know, I'm a nerd. Everybody knows that. I love squares π€
Here's a twist on the original design I posted yesterday. This is called π£ pink summertime lollipops on a grid. Really innovative, am I right? βπ»
Look how funky the illusion created with the shadows and grid is. It gets real dizzy here guys. π«
Please don't forget you can still vote for my cute π pattern in this week's optimism challenge!
Taking part in these weekly events has been a teachable moment for me, the perfectionist. I definitely want to win but I have to take things one step at a time, which I find to be really-really-really hard sometimes. But hey, kudos to me for trying my best! ππ»ββοΈ
And kudos to each and everyone of you! Look at you doing the best you could today! You π€π» my friend!
Spoonflower 's optimism color pallete made me think of all things sweet! That's why my entry to this week's challenge is the Colorful Summertime Lollipops π

Last week's results are aslo in and I have to say, I'm amazed! There were a total of 69 votes for my vintage & nostalgic tiles! Even more of you pulled through and I'm so thankful! β€οΈ
How's your Saturday going, people? βπ»
I just want to thank everybody who found the time to vote for me on this week's Vintage Nostalgia challenge on Spoonflower and if you haven't already ...
What else are you doing with your time? π
It looks like I need to be more persuasive so let me talk to you about my entry then. ππ»ββοΈ
It was actually inspired by the kitchen tiles the apartment I grew up in had. (you can see the original tiles in a previous post) They came with the apartment in the early 2000s when my parents bought it from an old couple, so who knows how old they actually are? π¦
All I remember about them is how intrigued I was by their cute flowers and repetitive & soothing colors. Maybe that's when my love for patterns actually started, who knows? π€ͺ
If you want to support this girl's dreams, here's the link where you can cast your vote ππ» Don't forget to hit those CTRL F keys and search for "inim" for an easier process.

Today's turn is my interpretation of the Classic Black & White checkered design with flowers (ofc). β¨
What other colors would you like to π next?
Short version ππ»
I've entered a pattern design challenge π Voting starts in 2 days and I'm really excited π€π»
TL;DR version ππ»
I've been silent for over a year, but that doesn't mean I've dissapeared completely from your feed π»
With so much happening in my personal life this past year, I've struggled with my creativity. But that was the way I've actually discovered something I really enjoy, and shamelessly would admit I'm really good at πͺπ»
And that's surface design and the art of patterns β¨
That's how I've come across Spoonflower and their print-on-demand services. Being an anxious person, I haven't already submitted any other designs on their website, but that's happening really soon! So stay tuned!
With that being said π₯
Here's my entry for this week Reworked Classics, the Pink & Purple checkers with flowers. Anyone can vote, so be sure I'll be back with a reminder for you to search my design π
