Cooking a whole chicken is as simple as these four steps: 🙌

Step 1: place chicken in the steamer breast down.

Step 2: shake a half bag of Rotisserie chicken seasoning over chicken, flip over and shake and rub in the other half of seasoning. ( you can choose your choice of seasonings)

Step 3: Cover and place in microwave for 20 mins (or more depending on microwave)

Step 4: Enjoy!! 👌”

Preheat oven to 350
Wedge potatoes (I use an apple wedger and Yukon gold potatoes about 8?

Dry slices and toss potatoes with a bit of vegetable oil and half a pack of rotisserie seasoning mix until potatoes are evenly seasoned and then toss a full pack of crispy and crunchy coating with wedges. Split potatoes over a couple baking sheets you want one layer only.

Bake 30 min then flip and bake another 25-30 min.

Season with salt to taste and serve with prepared roasted garlic or rosemary garlic aioli.
