💳PAYMENT - At checkout, there are 3 methods of payment - Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Swish Store Credit. You can earn Swish Store Credit by registering as a seller and selling items on Swish!

📦DELIVERY - Within 5-10 business days, you will receive an email notification when your package is ready for delivery. (You have the option to select Express Shipping for 2-4 business days). Then our delivery team will contact you to confirm the delivery time.

🔒BUYER PROTECTION - Returns and refund requests will be accepted if the purchased product was inaccurately described by the seller. The buyer must request the return and refund within 2 days of receiving the item.

Register for a free seller account and start uploading your items right away from your Store Manager. You get to describe your items, add photos and set your own prices!💰

👉On Swish, you can sell women’s clothing and accessories.👗👒We recommend selling items which are new, in excellent condition or gently worn.

👉As soon as someone buys your item, you will be notified via email and in your Account Dashboard. Keep your phone close-by because we will then contact you to arrange the item pickup.🤳🏻Swish takes on the responsibility of collecting and delivering your items to your customer.🚙

👉 For items priced up to TT$150, the commission fee is TT$50 flat. For items priced greater than TT$150, the commission fee is 30%.

👉After item pickup, your earnings will appear in your Swish Wallet as store credit. You will receive an email notification stating your new Swish Wallet balance (kindly allow 1 business day). You can use store credit to shop on Swish OR you can cash out by requesting a Bank Transfer or Cheque.💵
