STOP WORRYING! Focus on the goal at hand and take it step by step. At time we come up with the conclusion that we have to have everything in order and in a certain way that we miss out in enjoying the process or the journey. When we tend to overwhelm ourselves we tend to give up sooner than we should because we become our biggest critics. The things this life has for you WILL be for you when the TIME is RIGHT. All that to say BE PATIENT with yourself. It’s okay to mess up in the beginning or not be perfect at it. If you never fail in the beginning how do you expect growth? There has to be moments in your life you allow yourself to make mistakes and take chances all while enjoying the process.

PUT YOURSELF FIRST! is a great advice I’ve received and holds so much value once you begin to act upon it. You have to prioritize yourself before anyone else because YOU are the only one who is going to carry out your own life. You are the ONLY one who can make yourself happy because you know what’s best for you. It’s a cliché saying I know but many of us fail to do this and it prolongs the amazing things life has in store for us because we were too shy to go for that job interview or take those courses or even leave that toxic environment. Eventually the more you put yourself on the back burner, you’ll look up and realize 15 years has gone by and you would have missed out on amazing opportunities due fear, doubt, or to put simply because you put yourself last.

You can’t be around the same group of people and expect elevation if none of y’all are preparing or making room for the lifestyle you want to be in. It starts with your surroundings because people believe it or not can impact you to either your best version of yourself or the worst version of yourself. You have to be clear and realistic with yourself, are these people that I’m currently around all the time or majority of my day encouraging me and showing me a path to a lifestyle I want to live?

In most of us we worry about our future more than the present times and we add a huge amount of pressure onto ourself projecting that we are either far behind in life or we’re not moving quick enough or simply feeling like we’re not moving at all … and the hard truth is that YOUR “SPEED” in life is NEVER going to be the same as the next person. Your timing is YOUR timing. Yes, you don’t know when your gonna get that promotion or raise or that contract with that record label but that’s the beauty in it all, it gives us time to prepare and build character so that way when it is your time
