It’s extremely important to truly listen to your clients…
This way you can adequately advise them. Clients contacted me about a particular “Villa”. While I was more than happy to book it, based on what is seems he wanted for his birthday to accommodate his large group, I thought to send him an additional option.
I presented a new boutique hotel as an option for buyout….he fell in love!
I’ve sold this property before, but this will be my first buy out here…
Here are a few things I like about The Tides.
▪️Boutique hotel, only 14 rooms. Very intimate, perfect for a buyout
▪️On Grace Bay beach, but the furthest stretch, giving ample space and privacy
▪️Units are very spacious

I booked this architecturally stunning, modern, beachfront resort for a client last week. I love how well thought out the design is and the fact that it’s fashioned with guests’ wellness in mind. I love the indoor outdoor living 😍
Also, It’s Adults Only! Love the kids, but it’s great to getaway somewhere and not have to worry about censorship!
Anyone that knows me, (or if you’ve been following me for a while now) knows that I LOVE Cabo…
It’s a destination I will continue to sell (to the right clients of). Low key still jealous of my clients staying here. High key thrilled to have sold it and can’t wait to continue introducing clients to this gorgeous place!

Just confirmed this gorgeous villa for a couple joining the tribe in Punta Cana!
These trips are completely for my tribe! I put together an itinerary of what I think are “must do” experiences at either the resort or the destination so that the “work” is done for them.
This particular group wanted an upgraded room, private dinners, and other activities.
I am so excited about this trip!
