I have been in a weird and dark place. If you suffer too you know how hard it is to keep the dark dog from the door and still keep functioning it is draining.

I stepped away from creating as I will NOT put any negative energy into my creations that was six months ago. But I now feel ready to take small steps to a new journal inspired by my break away at the sea in Wales and my time away from social media.

It is totally in its infancy. Small steps. But I hope you will join me on its journey of creation xx

Hello lovely peeps I hope you are all well. I have had to take a short term step back due to my health but I am sorting myself out and lokevArnie says I will be back. I had my first acupuncture today I looked like hell raiser but boy feel so much better already. Defo recommend and I am scared of needles 🤪🤪🤪🤪 I will be on and off for the next few weeks till I get back in my feet then normal service will resume.
