: Tropical Storm Agaton maintains its strength as it slowly moves westward. All Local DRRMCs are reminded to heighten their preparedness and proactive measures for all communities.

All LDRRMCs are also reminded on the implementation of preparedness measures with adherence to public health protocols amid the COVID-19. Prepare for the impacts of the weather disturbance to vital facilities, increase capability to stockpile food and non-food items, secure safety of responders which includes the use of Personal Protective Equipment, and maintain implementation of other safety measures.

LGUs are instructed to have an inventory of evacuation centers that are not listed as quarantine facilities, include demographic profile relative to COVID-19 in evacuation plan, ensure physical distancing in evacuation centers, provide priority to vulnerable citizens, and administer proper distribution of relief goods by designating areas with safety markings.

We also advise the public to monitor weather news updates, warning, and advisories, prepare “go bag” that has food packs, clothes, whistle, flashlight, and other important emergency items, continue to practice respiratory etiquette, sanitation, and physical distancing at all times, and wear face masks.

Mga Mahal na Magulang (sa Public school) malapit na ang August 24!

🚩 Wala na pong face to face class interaction ngayong school year. May "pasok" pero hindi na pupunta ang bata sa schools.
🚩Hindi po online LANG ang mode of learning. May modular pa at blended at distance learning din po. Kung wala kayong gadget at internet, wag po kayong mabahala. May printed modules po na darating sa inyo sa oras na magsimula ang "pasukan".
🚩 Wag po kayong magpanic sa pagbili ng workbooks. Ang mga g**o po ay naghahanda ng modules para sa inyong anak. Developmentally appropriate modules.
🚩 Huwag naman po kayong hihingi o bibili ng files na 1st to 4th Quarter 😅 Ang pagkatuto po ay parang pagkain--dahan-dahan. Portion by portion po yan. Baka po mabilaukan yung anak nyo 😅😅
🚩 Huwag pong magpanic buying ng mga nakikita online--wifi modem, laptops, gadgets, workbooks, printer. Grabe na ang presyo ng wifi modem at printer. Ang mga ito po ay mas kailangan po ng g**o upang madeliver ng maayos ang modules. Ang tindi po ng mark up ng presyo ng mga iyan ngayon. In demand kasi 😅
🚩 Wag ma stress kung paano magtuturo sa inyong mga anak 🙂 Wag din po kayong mastress kung hindi nyo alam ang sagot sa tanong ng anak niyo habang nag-aaral. 🎶Huwag mahihiyang magtanong 🎶
🚩 This new normal is a shared responsibility of teachers and parents. Wag pasanin lahat, nandito po kami 💖 Pero wag din i-asa lahat samin, share po tayo. Lahat ng effort na ito ay PARA SA BATA.
🚩 Magbasa. Magbasa ulit at intindihin ang binasa. Magtanong sa tamang awtoridad bago po tayo humanash dahil sa classroom may batas 😂
