Shout JOY, Not Just Shout!
We all have mental health, sometimes it just looks healthier than others.
Between managing expectations, dividing the duties, and prioritizing relationships, mental health is a challenge for everyone at some point among endless laundry, lessons, and little ones. And managing the mental load without losing your mind, is a must!
Jeffrey and I are excited to be speaking about mental health and some things that have been among our greatest challenges and most rewarding joy.

Who doesn’t love a breathtaking sunrise?
I’ve grown to appreciate them even more now that my children will call me to the window or even pull me outside to excitedly show me a “cotton candy sky.”
Together we stand there in awesome wonder at the vision we get to appreciate for only a few moments.
But in the togetherness, I hold my breath…and wonder…at my children.
The moments with them are few and fleeting but I’m so grateful for the magnificent vision of them in my sky as they inspire my “why” and breathe joy and hope and love into my life.
