First of all, we would like to thank everyone for their support of all the bands on our roster and for your patience with us as we’ve got our butts kicked these last few months to say the least.

We’re excited to say that as of last night, we are just over 96% fulfillment of the nearly 1300 orders for well over 2100+ tees and ‘things’ from our site, not even counting those bundles (from hell) we launched. We should have our backlog of gaiter masks shipped out this weekend and skate decks next week to bring us to near full completion!

Also, we would like to step up and apologize for the misfires, shipment errors and any miscommunication we’ve had here and there since this craziness kicked off in late April. We began with hopes of being a ‘mom & pop’ style storefront back in late March then our city got shut down the weekend after we had our opening. 😑

After licking our wounds for a few weeks, our friends at Covert Booking teamed up with us to help launch an ambitious online print to order platform for all the bands who had their touring come to a halt as well with no signs of resuming soon. What we didn’t anticipate was the demand being so great out the gate, supplier delays, USPS slowly being defunded/understaffed and mental errors made on our part in trying to keep up. With all that in mind and being screen print to order, the orders generally were taking 10-14 business days to go out if not longer if an item wasn’t coming in as expected.

We now are making the progression to backstocking the majority of apparel items we offer to improve that turnaround time from order to 2-5 days now which those who have ordered this last week might have seen. We will also be launching some exclusive preorder designs that we will take orders for 7-14 days depending on the item then print them ship all at once to also alleviate the way too long of a wait times.

We know we are not alone in this daily struggle of being an independent small business right now and one that basically launched in the middle of a pandemic. However, knowing that what we do benefits not only the bands but especially you the fans in staying connected to the bands you love pushes us to become better at what we are building.

Our team of four is now becoming five as we’ve added a new team member to take over social media and email communication which definitely needed improvement as we had our heads buried in production. Again, thank you to all those who are helping the bands in this time and those who remained patient while we worked out kinks in our system. If you do have an outstanding order & need an update, please feel free to reach out so we can accommodate you right away.

We shared on the event page yesterday but just in case anyone may have missed it, we regret to inform everyone -- Marky Ramone cancelled his appearance this weekend which we know is for the best in these times to take precautions. We do hope and intend to reschedule an in-store with him again in the future along with other in-stores we have already begun working on.

We will still roll on with our now soft opening of Social Revolt Threads & Things in the back of the Market on 15th Street in Space: 1560. We will have ticket giveaways all weekend (don’t need to be present to win once you enter), awesome deals and some merch debuts.
