When we started planning for this time away, my guides informed me that I'd have a mission on my trip. 🤔

I saw the ocean, and that there'd be some big things done and let go of, but I thought it'd be more of an "external" thing. Like, some "big" thing like I've done with others at retreats where we heal the land, help guide lost spirits home, and things like that. 💫

While those things are important, I've been reminded that some of the most important things I can do, reside deep within me, and are internal vs external. 😌

I didn't realize that my "big mission" was about me. Being present and showing up for myself in new ways, in expressing myself from my heart, and allowing myself to BE SEEN. 🫣

For me, it's less difficult to be more of myself in sessions with those who literally pay for this spiritual aspect of me to be a conduit for them. In my personal life is where I find it more difficult.. 🥺

To be seen, heard, and experienced in this way with people who I'm physically near has been tough..

This trip has been about embracing myself fully. 🥰

Releasing the grip of holding myself back to be more palatable, to let go of hiding behind "normalcy" so I'll just blend in and be skipped over, to be heard for the beautiful channel I am and can be.. 💗

To literally allow my body to be seen for its beauty in a swim suit instead of wearing capris and a tee shirt into the water..

The simple, little things we do to hide ourselves communicates to our souls, subconscious, and internal selves that we don't think we're good enough or worthy of being ourselves, of being seen, heard, acknowledged. 😞

I'm done feeding those lies. I'm done hiding myself to "keep the peace", because in reality it's just causing a tornado inside. I'm done perpetuating the cycles that have been keeping me stuck in self doubt, scarcity, and pain. 🤩

I didn't want to admit it, but the self doubt that's been keeping me from exploring, expanding, and creating has been my own doing, my own creation. 🌀

It served me to keep me safe, but that's long passed and it's now a disservice, holding me and those that I'm meant to serve back from our growth and transformation.

I won't apologize as that's just feeding a guilt-system and that's not something I'll do, however I will thank you for waiting, thank you for allowing me to experience what I needed to get here. So, thank you. 💗

Sometimes our most important work is within ourselves. Taking responsibility sets us free. ❣️

Now, go be you too. You are a gift. Treat yourself like it. 🫂💝

I find we all can get to points where we're a bit exasperated around our healing and can say things like "I already healed thiiissss, why is it back??". 🫠

Firstly, give yourself some grace, compassion, and love, and know that you did. You did heal it, at that previous level of consciousness. 💗

Next, congratulate yourself for accessing a deeper layer! Think about how awesome it is that you've healed to the degree that you're now at a deeper level of healing. 🫶

Not only that, but it also means that you've applied and utilized new tools to the extent that you're even more capable of being present for yourself in a way that supports you even more. 💞

Healing is cyclic. Life, is cyclic. It's a spiral going into our center, our innermost selves and truth. It's healing all that isn't love, to help us remember that we ARE love. 💖

Chakra Healing can be super helpful in understanding ourselves. 🪷

❤️ When we dive internally and ask our chakras what they have to share, we can learn so much about what we're holding onto, where we're stuck, what untrue beliefs and stories are influencing our choices, how our internal bodies (ego, inner child, etc.) are behaving and impacting our choices and perspective, and so much more.

💜 Most people are unaware of how their past is still being lived in the present. And when we live in the past, we can't be present, and we miss out on all the beauty and love around us.
