A tiny house with a view! Flipping One has recently started the construction of a 2-story tiny house on a lake to eventually be used as a vacation rental. Sooo exciting!

Another Flipping One remodel just hit the market yesterday. 310 Teakwood Circle, Pensacola has new wiring, HVAC, roof, plumbing, and all interior finishes on a huge lot. Huge thanks to everyone that pitched in on this one to include Tesch Construct & Revive all the way from Ripon, WI.

It’s been so long since I’ve posted anything I’m sure everyone’s wondering what Flipping One has been up to….. well busy busy lil beavers. The team finished the duplex on Prichard AND still had the time and energy to remodel this lil gem as Randy and Susan’s winter home, with their help, of course. This was once a Tough Shed and is now “The Sugar Shack”.

She not only sells our homes, she has our back every step of the way, jumps in when we need help, and always picks up her phone at all hours. I know its been a while since we've posted anything, however, Flipping One has been busy remodeling a duplex in north Pensacola near the University of West Pensacola to be rented out in a couple of months once it is finished, however, I have to post a couple of new REALLY exciting upcoming sale projects that we have in the works.

It seems appropriate that this is how we ended the year, as this was the first house purchased and the best one the team has done so far. #highestandbest
