I'll be running an hour-long Tai Ji Qi Gong session at 6pm BST this evening - and every Wednesday for the next 4 weeks - as part of Mid-Wales Heart Mind Body, a programme of free online sessions to support people at home during lockdown, including yoga, nature connection, fitness, dance, meditation, sharing, singing, art and storytelling.

But you don't have to be in MId-Wales to join in! And it's suitable for total beginners - just following along with slow, gentle, circular movements for an hour, and then I'll hang around afterwards to answer any questions.

As you may have anticipated, I'm cancelling the workshop next week. Given the need for reducing unnecessary social contacts at this time, it doesn't make sense to meet up for a non-essential (and health-related!) event.

But be of good heart! I will reschedule when we are on the far side of the peak, so you will have another chance to learn these awesome arts.

Anyone who has booked a ticket will receive a refund as soon as I figure out how the buttons work. :)

Full moon practice in Portugal after three days awesome training in the eccentric art of Baguazhang.

These arts are hard work (though it's a luxury to be able to train outdoors all day and night!) but the deeper you go the more rewarding they become. :)
