Here are some tips that can support your mental stability :)

Monday:

Morning Boost: Wake up with a smile, take a deep breath, and say, "Today is a new day!" "good things are coming my way, and I love the vibe of it!" are,

Midday Zen: Take a short walk outside, feel the sun or breeze, and remind yourself of your inner strength.
You don't "have it in you"; listen to motivational speaking. :)

Afternoon Affirmation: Pause for a moment, say, "I am capable, I am strong," and carry that confidence into your tasks.

Evening Serenity: Wind down with calming music or a short meditation. Let go of the day's stress.
Night Reflection: Before bed, read a spiritual quote, ponder its meaning, and let it guide you to a peaceful sleep.

Tuesday:

Morning Gratitude: Start the day by listing three things you're thankful for, no matter how small.

Noon Pep Talk: Look in the mirror and tell yourself, "You've got this!"
Afternoon Escape: Take a mental break, visualize a peaceful place, and transport yourself there for a few minutes.

Evening Joy: Engage in a hobby you love or watch something that brings a smile to your face.

Bedtime Blessing: Reflect on the positive moments of the day and go to sleep with a heart full of gratitude.
Wednesday:

Sunrise Stretch: Stretch your body gently, welcoming the day with openness.

Midday Motivation: Share a kind word or gesture with someone. It can be as simple as a smile or a compliment.
Afternoon Calm: Find a quiet spot, close your eyes, and take a few minutes to focus on your breathing.
Evening Connection: Reach out to a friend or family member for a lighthearted conversation.
Nighttime Peace: Read a short spiritual quote before bed, allowing its wisdom to sink in as you drift off.

Thursday - Sunday:
Repeat a mix of these activities, adding your favorite spiritual quotes or affirmations where they resonate the most. Feel free to adjust based on what brings you comfort and joy.

Remember, the key is to approach each day with a light heart, embracing the positive energy that comes with motivation and a spiritual mindset.

The bond between a mother and her daughter/s and her sons is one of a kind.

While the relationship is always a privilege and a gift it can sometimes be as complicated as any other and full of ups and downs relationship.

Daughters often look to their moms for inspiration , trust, love, commitment and training - for some it can be a “wishful wish” as I like to say- “ sometimes we missing something we wishing, but never had it”.
אמא- אימון, אמונה, אמון, אמנה ואמת.

We want to be able to turn to them when things aren’t going right, seeking inspiration, and viewing them as a guiding light in our lives.

As a mom, all I want is the best for my children, offering them unconditional love and support.

There is so much to say-
There is so much to share
There is so much see
So much to smile about
&
So much to be sad about.

These last few weeks where full with many events, holidays, history, memories, moments wisdom and reflection.

But at the end of the day- it is not what I say, they say , other say..
what you see, what you hear and what you sense.

It is our own ownership, actions and ability to end each and every day the day knowing- we. We did our best!

In order to Heal- you need to feel. “To create a real change, you need consistency. Understand that a real change from the inside out takes time, knowledge, application of the knowledge, and healing, and all of these can be accomplished once you commit to yourself. You must start building trust with your own self and strengthening a relationship with yourself like never before. Think about friendship. How do you gain new friends? You spend time with them, you converse with them and listen to them. Sometimes you conflict and then you forgive, but the commitment to maintain that friendship remains above all. Do the same for yourself. Commit to yourself no matter what.” Remember- YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!

Fear and feeling paralyzed!

When is the last time you felt fear? Experience fear? Believed that “ only bad things are coming your way”?

What is fear, and why do you need it?

🤔 Why is it such a crippling emotion when you feel it?

🤔How can you cope with feeling fear without being stuck or paralyzed?

🤔 Despite how uncomfortable it is, fear plays a significant and important role in your life. Fear’s one big job is to protect you from something that might hurt or damage you.

🤔 Think of it as a loud alarm bell that rings to let us know to be on guard. Interestingly, different people can interpret the same situation in different ways, resulting in fear experienced differently among many people.

🌺 For example, some people perceive certain situations as nothing more than an exciting challenge or a goal to achieve, whereas for you, the situation may be very frightening.

🌺 These people are able to cope with the stress in handling the fear because they define the situation differently than you do.

🌺 Others will feel fear and run away from it, avoiding dealing with the situation as much as they can.

🌺 Yet others will feel fear and become stuck, making them feel as if they are locked in a cage, and wanting to escape from it.

🌺 They are unsure of exactly how to escape. For the people who run away or feel stuck with fear, they simply need to develop the skills and understanding to define the situation differently in order to help them to handle their fear in a more constructive way. However, in order to successfully face a crippling feeling such as fear, tools and skills are not enough.

🙏 You must also find within you the courage to act differently in order to overcome your powerful emotions brought on by fear.

But, I am right!
Then what?

🤷‍♀️ Uncertainty is one of those limitations in life that you can’t do much about.

🤷‍♀️ You can never know for sure that you are going to get the results that you want, that you will succeed, or that you get what you want, or maybe even that your partner won’t reject you one day.

✅ If you accuse, dismiss, judge, criticize, demand, or punish yourself or someone else, even though you might feel good because it made you feel like you had the upper hand, for the long run, it will not result in you getting what you want.

✅ When you notice those negative feelings within you, take a moment, and breathe slowly.

🙏 Understand that acting defensively and strong, and always looking to be correct, is usually not the right thing to do.

🙏 You may have already experienced this truth in your own life before. At this point of introspection, observe your thoughts and feelings.

🙏 Recognize that thoughts are not the same thing as reality, although they might feel so real to you. Just because you feel it does not make it the truth, and not everything that looks real is true.”

Grief, Loss, and Relationships

“I asked a woman in an interview not so long ago, " Why are you applying here?

She said: "well, I was let go of my work"

Why? I ask.

She took her eyes down and said, My daughter tried to kill herself and I had to be with her.

I am so sorry to hear that, I said. How is she doing? How are you doing?

She said we would be okay, but I had to take off for a month, and they fired me. .....

What would you do?

When in our society do we see numbers and not people anymore?
When do we seek only the bottom line and not the journey and who we walk in this world with?

With grief comes chaos.

🌹Losing a loved one, losing your identity, losing hope, and sometimes losing yourself, can shake your existence to the core and leave you feeling like things are spiraling out of control.

🌹It is sometimes hard to admit that we need closeness for love, someone to listen to us and hold space for us "to allow ourselves to "get lost".

🌹Our ability to recognize that we cannot be alone (first of all between ourselves) and to agree to admit it and reveal it was not born in one day.

🌺The truth is, there isn't a person who doesn't need other people.

We are creatures who, deep down, long for belonging, love, connection, and growth.

🌻The more painful the wound of belonging, the more difficult it will be for us to feel part and admit our desire to feel part.

🌻Performing special rituals and learning new habits and behavior can help restore that sense of control and help You move through your grief.

🌻Rituals are actions carried out deliberately and signify something much greater than the acts themselves.

👉 When we experience loss, performing grief rituals can help us find peace, feel connected to those who are no longer here physically, and come to terms with a life-changing loss.

👉 Rituals can be brief and simple. You might not realize it, but you already perform small rituals every day, like your morning and bedtime preparations, for example.

Most human suffering is about love and loss. In the process of healing we need to acknowledge, experience , observe ourselves in a healthy safe way and bare the reality of life with all the pleasure and hardship.

🙏You don’t have to try to eliminate your feelings.
🙏When you are able to step back and simply observe your feelings, you might discover that you feel angry and anxious.
🙏These feelings may increase while you continue to observe them. They are not pleasant to experience, and maybe you judge yourself as being weak for feeling them. Always challenge this line of thinking by asking yourself “who said so?

🌺 Remember that your pain and suffering are here for a distinct purpose, and that is to help guide you toward where you need to go.

When you get traumatized it seems that more trauma will be attracted to your life. 🌺”It is critical that you stop pretending that you are “ok” when really you are not.

🌺It may feel safer to respond a quick, “I’m fine” when asked, while faking a smile and pushing back tears.

🌺I know it feels like you are protecting yourself by projecting a strong image, but if you can’t share your truth, you will keep feeling disconnected.

🌺You are projecting to the world the opposite of what you truly want: connection and love.

🌺How can you avoid this?

✅You can start by sharing your truth, even if only with one person, to connect.

If it is difficult for you to be completely honest with your feelings, start by being a little bit more open with how you feel.

It is scary, I know.

Think about the ocean, the waves at the beach. When there is a large wave, you are afraid to enter the water. But when the waves calmly come and go, you will feel safer to get in. The same analogy applies to your feelings.

As you more fully share your feelings, you will not only be set free from your loneliness, but you will also feel connected toward others as well.
Sometimes all it takes it to pick up the phone, reach out, and ask.
