Generally, people are more interested in themselves and not someone else’s personal pain. They notice mistakes because people are also judgmental. It must stem from the self-preservation thing. If your pain affects them, they will notice and listen. If they notice your mistake, they take that in and learn from it so they don’t do it. It’s all natural.

An altruistic person will notice your pain and take time to listen because they want to do good for others. Taking on someone else’s pain is like taking responsibility for it and that’s tough. The person in pain has the most work to do. The listener can passively listen or actively try to help, but that can be a trap for both. So it’s rare to get good help for personal pain and that’s why paying someone to listen (like a therapist) is better for the toughest problems. Professionals are there to give strategies or medication. A close friend may also work, but don’t overburden them. They have their own problems.

Well the mos dangerous weapon which people are not aware of is talking out dreams that are not yèt fulfilled, as some people might have powers to block those ģoals from being achieved. Being in many cases like being uneducated, unemployed, inexperienced and so on which are deffenetly lead by jealousy.

So is very important to live a private so that as a person you can avoid many unethical and unprofessional behaviours of people towards you or any thing that could drag down the spirit of achieving and making it in life.

To avoid those actions, one could always stay true to him or her self. Many times being an introverted helps a lot, as a person is able to keep à thing or two up to him or her self, and gives other peòplè the courage to always mind their own businesses.
