Start holding yourself at a higher standard. Have self awareness, create those new belief systems and implement the boundaries that are necessary to up level.

Life has been such a beautiful and powerful series of initiations for me of late. 🦋

When I think I’ve finally landed the universe has more to share with me... more lessons to be learnt... more upgrading to be integrated.

And yet at every twist and turn I’ve had me guiding myself through knowing that it is all part of the process of what is to come. I hold so much clarity, it’s the clearest I’ve ever been within myself.

As I trust the shredding of the old and release and let go a new door opens at every turn.

The grief. The grief where, that memory causes us anger, sadness, fear, hurt or guilt still...or maybe it is something right now that is causing these emotions. 🤍

We need to learn how to understand our emotions and what it feels like, what that brings up for us, why are we feeling this way? What does it remind us of? What other junk have I berried here?

It is time to do the work. To lean in. To let go of that which no longer serves.

It is time to step into the you that is free from all this weight you have been carrying on your shoulders.

It is time to surrender. 💫

It is time to heal. 🦋🤍

HOW OFTEN DO YOU NEGLECT YOURSELF?

This used to be something I really struggled with..you see I cared so deeply about making sure I was being there or helping and supporting to everyone else that it was at my own sacrifice.

It was very rare that I would check in with myself.

You see in my mind, I’d be fine, I’d make space elsewhere, rest or get the things I needed to done when I could find the time.

I would sacrifice my needs over and over and to be honest I was depleted. I was giving what I really didn’t have and neglecting myself in the process.

It wasn’t until I hit a point in my life where I was in need of support.

It took a lot of self reflection to recognize that I had to be my own best friend. 🤍

No one cares about my needs more than I do and should.

This deep self awareness brought me to the root cause of the fact that I didn’t believe that I was worthy of that love, kindness and nurturing.

And yet I believed everyone else was...

Once I worked through and rewired these limiting beliefs I stepped into myself. I leaped into loving myself fully, treating myself with kindness, nurturing the parts of me that I had neglected for so long.

I decided to be my own best friend, to check in with myself often, to ask myself what I need, to love and appreciate myself just like I do those that I care about.

From that point forward I came first. ✨

I choose to meet my needs every single day because no one else is going to! Only you hold the power to put yourself first.

And so I make sure I fill up my cup everyday, I give myself the space I need to be my best self everyday.

You truly cannot be your best self or give your best to those that you care for if you are giving from an empty cup.

We are gifted with just one life... take this opportunity to self reflect and ask yourself where am I neglecting myself, where am I putting others needs above my own, where am I wishing and wanting to choose me and not following through?

When it honestly comes down to it the question is... how am I letting myself down?

Consciously choose your intentions for the day ahead.

Check in with yourself and bring awareness to how you are spending your days. Are you on autopilot? Are the days just flying by and is your only goal is to get through the day or to just achieve x x and x.

Living on autopilot is not living!

So create wisely, bring the magic and the joy back into your life. Achieve those tasks. Say the things you want to say. Do the things you want to do. Chase those dreams.

No more saying you are going to do something and never following through.

If there is a block, you are holding yourself back or self sabotaging... do the work and lean into that part of you. 🙏🏼 If you are unable to recognize why you’re unable to, seek support and guidance.

Know that everyday is a new day a new opportunity to start fresh and create.

My pieces sun, Virgo moon and pieces rising energy allows me to open your core and heal you from within. I feel each and every soul that I come across deeply.

I am forever diving deep into the depths of my soul and my clients souls.

And what I love most about myself is my calling and my mission in this life that I am so honored to live. I love that I get to work with magical women by holding space to guide and heal, redefine their identity and embody their higher self 🙏🏼.

I was sent here to Earth, in this timeline to heal and raise the consciousness of those that I reach.

I am a Timeline Therapist, NLP, Reiki Master and currently training in breath work. Mixing science with the woo 💫.

I transmute dark heavy energy and trauma into light and empowerment.

HAVE YOU DISCOVERED YOUR LIGHT YET? 🌞

We all have light within us that is waiting to be discovered so we can guide ourselves home. 💫

I’ve always known and been aware of my light within me but I buried it deep down into the core of my younger self who feared the gifts within me.

There is nothing like seeing the world through different eyes and not understanding why others didn’t see things the same way as I did. 💛

So for many years I went on to suppress who I was, what my light had to share and I self sabotaged my gifts. 🥺

You see, for me as a child and teenager I was taught through my trauma that I wasn’t good enough as I was... that I needed to be different to be accepted... that I shouldn’t be ME.

And so I suppressed myself.

For so many years I was a fragment of who I truly was.

I held myself back in so many ways.

I reached a point in my life where I didn’t have a fragment more to lose... I was living a life that I hated and most of all I certainly wasn’t my true self.

When you hit rock bottom and there is only a shell of you left.. the only option is to dig yourself out.

And my gosh I worked hard to become the me I authentically am today! 😍

I followed what little light there was left within me and I allowed it to guide me home. ❤️

Whilst me today wishes I was able to be there for my youngerself, I also recognize that if it wasn’t for what I have been through I wouldn’t be standing here before you today helping others rediscover the light within them and guiding them home.

What a gift my journey has been.

I landed on my business name over a year ago and it took me 12 months to finally land on my vision for my branding.

I see the mind as the key to the body and spirit. If we have not mastered our mind, we are forever on the surface level of ourselves.

My business and I are forever evolving sooo...how do you encompass that in one single logo....

I finally got there and I am in awe of the vision that she holds.
