My sessions are remote with the exception of Crystal Alchemy which are in person. This involves the laying of crystals and grids on the body to assist in raising the vibrational frequency of the body in order to allow it to delve even deeper often resulting in out of body experiences, past life regression and soul retrievals through journeying with me. These are typically several hours in length and include clearing and balancing of energies and chakras in the first portion, laying of stones then the process of journeying after that.

Crystal Alchemy Sessions are $200. Please allow 4 hours. They do not typically run this long, but if your in the middle of deep work we don't want to have to abruptly come to an end before we are able to get to an appropriate stopping point.

Remote sessions vary depending on need and what presents. They include "readings", clearing of negative energies and entities, balancing energies and can apply to multiple people and even homes, spaces and objects. For these sessions we will have a short (15-20) phone consultation. Sometime after I will go into ceremony and do a reading and/or healing session based on our discussion remotely. You will not need to be present for this. Afterwards I will set up a time for us to discuss the findings. During the session I will clear, remove, cross over, retrieve and replace, anything that presents itself with your prior permission.

Remote sessions are $125. Please note that the actual session takes me as much as a couple of hours in addition to the time we spend on the phone.

Welcome to Salt & Sulfur. The goal of Alchemy is to attract spiritual and physical abundance in one's life through self discovery, development and transformation. This comes in the form of balancing the spiritual with the physical. In alchemy, spirit and matter are one in a marriage of ordinary reality with non ordinary reality. The "gold" or philosophers stone is in the realization of one's full potential. This is a process of transmutation which involves purification at its core. The process of turning "lead" into "gold" in chemical alchemy involves extensive steps to release impurities and refine. In the spiritual sense, the process is also about taking extensive steps to become aware of, let go and release the truths uncovered in the process in order to embrace one's highest self and align with the higher energies of the Divine - TO BECOME MORE.

Everyone experiences growth in some form or another and everyone will change based on experiences to some extent or another. In this sense, everyone becomes an alchemist one way or another. The aim is to merge self with the Divine where it is then possible to create the "philosopher's stone" - transmutation allows for the turning of everything in one's life to "gold" or abundance. The alchemist does her work with dedication, knows how to balance her emotions, is in control of herself and her surroundings and is enslaved to no one. She must first live alchemy, accepting success as well as failures, embracing hardships, shifting perception to the vision of the Divine and thus removing obstacles on her path in order to become who her soul intended ("gold").

According to ancient beliefs, who we are is the result of an accumulation of our choices and actions. This includes our soul's present existence as well as our past lives. We are an accumulation of everything we are now and have ever been since the beginning of time. Thoughts and feelings shape who we are and the Universe is receptive to what we think, how we feel and the vibrational frequencies emitted out into the Universe in this regard. Negative thoughts and feelings attract our attention and lead us toward the path of misfortunes. Whereas, positive thoughts and feelings such as gratitude, belief in a divine order, self forgiveness and acceptance raise consciousness bringing us closer to "gold" or the Divine alignment with self. Forgiveness is the key to becoming who we truly are. Mental blocks in this process include comparing, indecisiveness, self-doubt and narrow mindedness. In Greek mythos, the "father of toxicology", Paracelsus, concluded that balance is necessary in self and environment.

The Tria Primus or three main principals of alchemy are Salt (physical, body), Sulfur (soul) and Mercury (mind, spirit). Mercury is related to the moon and the mental, instinctive, emotional aspects of the internal energies of humans. In Greek mythos mercury was known as the "messenger of Gods". It is thought of in alchemy as the link between humans and the Divine.

Sulfur is a fire element and is associated with at the Soul. Ancient Egyptians attributed mercury combined with sulfur to self realization and attainment of the highest levels of consciousness.

Salt is representative of the physical, of matter, of earth, of body and of realm. Its associated with lower consciousness as well as self-knowledge and wisdom (why its often referred to as "school"). It is considered the element key to dissolving the ego. The pain and bitterness associated with spiritual growth is connected to the purifying attributes of salt. Salt is to the alchemist the highest vibration of matter transcending all ignorance.

Alchemy is the union of these principles - the processes by which we change "lead" to "gold".

My name is Sue. I have spent the latter part of my adult life pursuing this process myself in one form or another. I have practiced many forms of energy work, studied different aspects of Shamanism and most recently studied under the tutelage of a beautiful Shamanic teacher in the mountains of Colorado for several years. These teachings are based in Peruvian Shamanism and their practices as is the lineage of the teachers above mine. I knew I would partake in some sort of Shamanic training for many years though I didn't know the "why". It took some time after completing the offered courses and integrating the work for me to connect the dots and find my way here.

Part of the work that has come to me (I did not seek it out) is in assisting earthbound souls in crossing over to continue their soul's purpose. Often these souls become stuck in what I call the "in between" due to trauma, confusion, guilt, addiction, etc. There are times they seek me out and times I find them while holding space. I have also come to find that when I journey they will present whether doing my own work or assisting others in "sessions". When this happens I explain and assist them in crossing over the 'rainbow bridge".
