This year many of us looked the abyss right in the eyes. Maybe we found moments where we were able to grapple to the top of whatever hurdles we encountered, but it’s been hard.
Look with compassion at yourself and what you have done.
And tonight as we celebrate the calendar New Year take a moment to make a wish, feel a hope, or maybe be thankful for something you have discovered this year.
