CREAMY EGG BITES! Bake @ 350°. Check at 30 mins. They should be set but not dry. Creamy & delish!
Made a FULLY keto Thanksgiving feast!
- “Pumpkin” cheese ball with grain free crackers
- bacon jalapeño poppers
- Keto cornbread stuffing (which I burned 🤷🏻♀️)
- green bean casserole with homemade cream
Of mushroom soup (this was my favorite dish! Sooo good!)
- Cauliflower “Mac n cheese”
- mashed sweet potatoes (for the non-keto eaters)
- smoked Turkey (which we thought was finished but wasn’t and we didn’t realize until we were plating up for dinner 🤦🏻♀️ so it was a course hours later when we got to sample it. By then we were stuffed 😆)
- mashed cauliflower and gravy
- Brussel sprouts
- ham
- peanut butter cream pie (holy smokes, AMAZING)
- cheesecake (the real bake it kind and it was restaurant level delish!)
- pumpkin pie (I normally don’t like them but it was so good!)
Hope you all had a wonderful day, ate good food, and got to spend time with the people you love! So much to be grateful for!!

Costco Rotisserie Chicken Salads... classic, curry, and a little fancy.
We're going live again Monday at 3pm PST! This week we'll be making chicken salad. I know, I know, that might not sound too exciting... BUT, we're going to transform a good ol' Costco rotisserie into multiple chicken salads. We're even going to see how many awesome ways we can serve it. All this while being grain and sugar free!

Hi Friends! Tomorrow afternoon we're going to make Paleo Pumpkin Muffins. If you want to cook along, here are the ingredients:
|| For 12 Muffins ||
2/3 cup pumpkin purée
3 cups almond flour
1/4 cup pecans (optional)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
4 tbsp maple syrup (honey or coconut nectar)
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp coconut milk (heavy cream, almond milk, or preferred milk substitute)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
