I have had nothing but trouble with India customers who won't pay and are the tightest people and basically muck you around consistently. They will advertise on service seeking and expect quotes to be done for free. I had a customer contact me the other day who wants some work done and I said it's going to cost $100 to come out and he said no I don't want to do the job now.
And I said well if you don't want to do the job don't post it! Who else has had a similar experiences?
