Still recovering from an absolute blast of a Food Truck Friday Finale! Thank you to all the fabulous food vendors, the band, all of you for showing up, and Mother Earth for giving us quite the magnificent weather. As we head into shorter days, colder weather, inside time, we can bring with us these memories, as well as anticipation for the season to come. In the mean time, lots of cozy nights in in our taproom with a fun board game, trivia, maybe some live music, and people you love. Thanks for being here!

Sometimes working on a food truck is…without charm. Then the lovely Dawn Cordeiro gives me some lavender which is very soothing to me. With a word or a gesture or a look she can make everything just feel right. Tell your people you love them always and a lot.

Thanks to for hiring us to feed all three shifts yesterday. We debuted our chicken sandwich, The Wingman Sandy with lettuce, tomato, pickled onions and choice of housemade sauce and it was a big hit! Overheard in line “this is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had” 😭.

What a fun night supporting at the Wine & Food Fest! We served our Buffalo and Carolina BBQ sauces and guests gobbled them up!

For those observing Lent chips and hummus was a perfect option!

Dawn loves mini things and was very excited by the mini fork she got to eat paella with.
