A few days ago I had the privilege of connecting with in Atlanta. His motivational videos on YouTube has helped me countless days to overcome toxic thoughts, and have inspired me to keep pushing forward. He has been a mentor, big brother, friend and fellow servant to many throughout the world.

I do not promote a lot of books besides the scriptures and my Wisdom books(which are scriptures). I have a chapter in my book that talks about “Not Claiming Heaviness,” but Dale Carnegie wrote a whole book about how to overcome Worry,Stress, Anxiety and Depression. He studied this topic for over 20 yrs before he released his book. Get you a copy of this book when you are able to. You will thank me for it in the future.
