عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بن عمر رضي الله عنهما قَالَ: قَالَ رسول الله ﷺ: «بُنِيَ الإِسْلاَمُ عَلَى خَمْسٍ: شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رسول الله، وَإِقَامِ الصَّلاَةِ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَحَجِّ الْبَيْتِ، وَصَوْمِ رَمَضَانَ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيهِ
Narrated Abdullāh bin ʿUmar رضي الله عنهما :the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Islām is built upon five: testifying that none has the right to be worshipped except Allāh and that Muḥammad is the Messenger of Allāh (Lā ilāha ill-Allāh wa anna Muḥammadar-Rasūlullāh), to establish the prayer, to give the Zakāh, to perform Ḥajj, and to fast in (the month of) Ramaḍān."
