Disappointed too, pushed too hard and ended up failing on close grip bench press, about 8 people stood and watched me struggle to roll the bar to the side and off me…
Me personally if I seen that would straight away run over to help for 2 reasons
1) kind of a gym unwritten rule
2) it fu***ng hurt rolling it off and could of caused more injury
We’re all friends in the gym, all there to help and support each-other!

I feel people are afraid, hide or don’t share that maccies they had, that round of 15 jagers or that snickers bar they scoffed while filling up their car...
We’re all here because we enjoy fitness and enjoy others enjoying fitness but you know what’s more enjoyable? Seeing people happy, living, socialising, smiling!
I want to see you neck 15 pint on a night out and then eat a kebab because then my aim is to drink 16 pint and eat 2 kebabs 😆

HOW TO GET BACK ON TRACK AFTER A TIME OFF YOUR PLANS / GOALS🍺
I thought this would be a good post after the bank holiday weekend! If you're like me you've spent bank holiday enjoying yourself, relaxing and eating/drinking whatever you like🍻
YOU WONT LOSE YOUR PROGRESS FOR A FEW DAYS OFF TRACK!
Here are so tips I find useful:
- tomorrow is a new day, you can start fresh✌🏼
- avoid skipping meals/trying to starve yourself because you feel guilty, realise it's not that big of a deal for a few days off track!
- get back to the habits that were working before your days off
- EXERCISE ! It'll make you feel so much better, even just a walk 🚶♂️
- remember how great healthy foods make your body feel🍓🍌
