If you're a lymie, then you're probably in pain. I'd like to tell you about my experiences with something called kratom; it has consistently helped me more than anything else with my pain levels.
I take it when I need it; it's a fantastic painkiller, and with this stuff, your doctor doesn't get to act as a gatekeeper for pain relief. Try to stay at a reasonable dose, and be aware that it does affect dopamine levels and endogenous opioid production. Your body will become accustomed to the alkaloids and adjust accordingly.
If you stay at a low dose, and that varies for everyone, then going without it for a few days isn't a big deal. For me, that threshold is somewhere between 6 and 7 grams per dose 2-3x per day. If I start taking higher doses then that, then I really feel its absence. My body will feel heavy. My mood will be crappy, and pain will be worse (because the body will produce less endogenous opioids without the alkaloids present to upregulate its production), and it'll take me about a month of not taking it to return to normal. If I stay below that threshold, I don't seem to get any negative effects. I usually end up taking 3.5 - 4 grams once or twice per day. On my worst days or sometimes weeks, I'll take 6 - 7.5 grams 3-4x and reduce the dose as my symptoms settle down.
As for more of the bright side of the drug... it helps me to be more energetic when I need to be; it helps me sleep much more effectively when I need to sleep, and it allowed me to be significantly more productive at a time where I was practically bedridden otherwise. I was going 2-3 days without sleep at times before I started taking this stuff.
It's a fantastic tool. Just be sure to support your liver when you use it; it can sludge things up a bit.
Red vein is good for pain relief. My favorites in no particular order for this purpose are red thai, red borneo, red bali, and red dragon.
Green vein is good for energy with some milder pain relief qualities. It's also a great mood lifter. My preferences are green malay and green kali. Green Maeng Da seems to have the best effects on my muscles and my pain levels while still maintaining the energy and mood lift.
White is good for pure energy and mood lift. I haven't found these to have any pain relieving qualities, but they're a nice energy boost when needed. I haven't explored these strains enough to have a preference.
Gold is nice, good for pain relief without compromising your ability to focus. (red vein strains can make you a little fuzzy in the head at higher doses.) I like these strains when I need to work in the midst of a flare up. I've only used gold bali and gold MD; I'd recommend Gold Bali.
This is where I buy mine. I would stick to 250 gram bags because those seem to be more potent. For some reason, the 1kg bags generally seem less potent: https://mitragaia.com/rf/55466/
If you get a less potent batch of kratom, let it sit in storage in a sealed container for a year or so, it tends to ferment further and become more potent.
Also, here's a map showing its legality in each state: https://www.redstormscientific.com/kratom-legality-in-the-u-s-by-state/?fbclid=IwAR2EB-jvsWCUCuaIMJVED7kLE38gu5lohZjN0VVWygVL0VnZo1-NxaxcFgY
Homepage Our Kratom powder is harvested for both maturity & potency. We lab test each strain to ensure quality. Same day shipping. Highest Customer Satisfaction.
In addition to reducing pain levels, kratom stimulates the immune system. I can vouch for this effect personally.
I love the technological solutions to our problems, like the rife machine (I own one and love it!), zappers, magnetic pulsers, etc. It's a huge and largely suppressed subject in medical science.

I haven't even had this page for that long. Facebook is a useless Orwellian pile of junk.
This would be useful for stubborn skin infections.
This came up in one of the BPC-157 research groups I'm in. It's a fantastic peptide that has damn near miraculous healing qualities, great for joints and tendons and soft tissue damage.
One of the issues with this and tb-500 is that it can cause a histamine reaction in people that suffer from MCAS or CIRS. There's another peptide that seems to cancel out this reaction though, and it's broad spectrum; it'll work against MCAS and (I suspect) CIRS and is equally excellent at doing so. That peptide is called Thymosin Alpha 1 or TA1 for short. It may also be useful against the cytokine storm caused by legitimate cases of covid.
So naturally, it's been banned by the FDA.
Our government just cares about us so much.
They can't play this game forever though. Desktop chemical reactors are just around the corner.
With every problem, there seems to be multiple layers, reversing damage and effects of damage, destroying or removing the causitive agent, and restoring your body's natural ability to prevent this problem in the future. Here's a big one regarding heavy metal poisoning, specifically with methylmercury.
šSelenium modulated gut flora and promoted decomposition of methylmercury in methylmercury-poisoned ratsš
"This study suggests that MeHg poisoning damaged the abundance of gut flora and decreased their capacity for the decomposition of MeHg. After Se treatment, the abundance of gut flora was partially restored and the decomposition and excretion of MeHg was enhanced. These findings suggest that the modulation of gut flora may be one way to promote the health status in MeHg-poisoned rats and possibly in human beings."

This is a great overview of metabolism.
Some highlights:
- The vast majority of āfreeā cysteine in cells is bound in GSH;
- With 0.5ā10 mM cytosolic GSH concentrations, GSH is considered as the major source and buffer of cysteine while the cellular concentrations of cysteine are kept within a narrow window in the micromolar range;
- In the extracellular compartment, cysteine is oxidized to cystine, thus representing the major transport form of nonāproteinābound cysteine
- Cysteine, which is not used for protein or GSH synthesis is further metabolized via two distinct pathways, the oxidative cysteine catabolism and the H2S pathway.
What nearly shocked me is this piece:
"The catalytic mechanism of SO involves the transfer of two electrons from sulfite to Moco followed by two singleāelectron transfer steps via the haem domain to cytochrome c. Electron transfer within SO is dependent on dynamic movements of the haem domain to enable efficient electron transfer"
Turns out, SO ( ) is not only converting Sulfite to Sulfate, but at the same time participates in the reduction of Cytochrome C, which is another carrier of electrons in , transferring electrons from Complex III to Complex IV.
It sounds like the two reactions are happening simultaneously, which means, Cyt C won't be reduced by SUOX if there is not enough .
*That is, Molybdenum is likely to play a significant role in Electron Transport Chain.*

Wondering why you canāt sleep and even if you do, when you wake up you have no energy? Melatonin regulates mitochondrial function the cellular engines that produce the chemical energy that your cells use. Melatonin is also a primary antioxidant and in addition it regulates other antioxidant enzymes. These enzymes fight off free radicals that damage DNA, cell membranes and oxidize lipids. On top of the blue light draining your melatonin, the radio frequency energy emitted from our wireless devices interfere with melatonin binding to its receptors, so now itās significantly reduced and also not able to function properly. Screen light spikes all 3 bio markers for diabetes, insulin, blood glucose and hb1ac which indicates a response to stress. Not to mention the lights draining the serotonin and dopamine from the brain. One of the reasons so many children are experiencing depression. Red light at night over 620nm is preferable. Fire is good too.
Blue light is also useful for killing pathogens. (Just use it in the morning, or it might mess with your sleep cycle.)
Vitamin D doesn't get enough credit. It can increase immune system strength by a factor of 3-5x and even has the potential to shrink tumors.

" deficiency decreases the activity of cuproenzymes and causes cellular pathologies, many manifestations of which can be linked, at least in part, to defects in antioxidant defense mechanisms. Cells respond to copper deficiency by adjusting their (GSH) levels and upregulating genes involved in GSH synthesis"
Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3763234/
Yet another confirmation that GSH has a critical role for copper metabolism.
But also points out that GSH synthesis can be downregulated to normal once the cell gets enough copper. This could be a tricky part for people in high oxidative stress.

How to restore collagen:
Raw eggs, bone broth, vitamin C (does not need to be liposomal).
With the raw eggs, start with just one; these have almost everything your cells need to survive in a ready-to-absorb format. You're basically eating the goo that a chicken fetus consumes as it grows. Add another egg each day as your tolerance allows. Work your way up to 4 eggs per day. I usually consume them all at once.
In addition to facilitating collagen production, raw eggs will also detox the body and modulate the immune system. They can be very useful for autoimmune conditions or pathogenic symptoms that leverage the immune system for their negative effects.
As for bone broth, I usually consume about 6-8 oz of it at a time. For vitamin c, regular supplemental vitamin c will do, or you could drink orange juice. I like to combine some raw, beaten eggs with orange juice, a pretty commonly consumed drink in the 50's.
This created very visible results for me, and I hope that it has the same effect for you.
