Coconut Rice/Nariya Chawal (Indian Cuisine)...

Ingredients:

3 tsp oil
1tsp Mustard/rai
1/2 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp Chana dal
Few curry leaves
1 dried Red chilli
2 Green chilli (slit)
1 inc Ginger(finely chopped)
10 Cashew/kaju
3/4 cup coconut (grated)
2 cups Cooked rice
1/2 tsp Salt

How to make:
1. Heat large kadai with 3 tsp oil and Saute 1 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp Chana dal, few curry leaves, dried red chilli.
2. Also add 2 green chilli, 1 inch ginger, saute slightly, then add 10 cashew and roast until golden brown.
3. Add 2/4 cup grated coconut and saute for a minute until raw smell goes away.
4. Add 2 cups cooked rice and 1/2 tsp Salt mix gently without breaking the rice. Cover qnd simmer 2 minutes till rice absorbs coconut flavour.
5. Finally Serve with any curry...

Turkish Sashouka Egg for Breakfast ...

Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 cloves garlic(minced)
1 tomato(minced cut)
2tbsp tomatoe paste
1tsp salt
Pinch of Pepper
Parsley/ dried Oregano
1/4 cup water
Pinch of maggie to add taste (optional)

How to make:
Saute garlic, tomatoe and put tomatoe paste, add 1/4 cup water, let it simmer qnd when tomatoe get sticky then qdd the eggs parley, salt, pepper, oregano...cover and simmer for 5 mins until egg is done.

Sweet and Sour Chicken Frita...

500grams Chicken breast
(Marinated for atleast 30mins)
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp 7 spices mix
Pinch of oregano herbs
Squeeze of lemon
2 tsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper

After marinated put 1 beaten egg then in a seperate bowl, mix the ff ingredients:

1/2 cup of flour
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp of corn starch
1 tsp of salt/pepper

Coat your marinated chicken with the battermixture and fry until golden brown.

For sweet and sour sauce:

1tsp of corn starch
4 tbsp of Vinegar
2 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp of tomatoe paste
1 tsp soy sauce
1half cup of water
If u want spicy just add chilli powder or chilli flakes
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp of Sesame seed
Red, Yellow & Green bell peppers for garnish.

Preheat the pan. Saute the garlic until brown put on the coated chicken mixing with the sweet and sour sauce. Then put the slice cube bell peppers and sprinkle with sesame seeds. It's ready to served...

Chicken ala Patotim...

Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken
2 cans of 7 up
1 whole cloves of garlic
(cut into half)
4pcs of cloves
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp ground pepper
3pcs star anis
1 cinnanom stick
3 dried laurel leaves
1/4 cup of soysauce
2 tsp of brown sugar
Chilli flakes(optional)

Mix all ingredients...put in Multi cooker and cook for 30 mins...let it simmer until chicken cook qnd the sauce get sticky and its done...served.

Turkey's Semolina Sweets...

1st step:
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
grated lemon in sugar syrup
Squeeze lemon

2nd step:
1 small cup oil
1.5 grams unsalted butter
2 tbsp pistacio nuts
Cook and fry the pistachio.
When done. Add:
1 cup coarse Semolina flour
Continue stir never stop until it turns dried. Add:
1/4 cup sugar
When it turns brown add the 1st syrup you make, keep stirring while cooking. Add:
1/4 cup milk cook until its done.
When the semolina is cook.
Cover lid with a towel so it will absorb the v***r. Served with pistacio nuts. Enjoy your desserts.

Chicken strips...

Ingredients:
2 Chicken breast
2 to 3 eggs beaten
1 tsp of 7 spices mix
Salt
Ground pepper
1 cup of Bread crumbs(Italian style)
1 cup of Panko bread crumbs

To make:
Cut the chicken long strips. Marinate with seven spices mix,salt and pepper for 30mins.
Put oil in a pan for deep fry or u can used also air fry if u want less oil. Then roll the chicken in bread crumbs after dip in egg and roll again in Panko bread crumbs and fry it...

Arabic Cuisine:
Hummus with Bread...πŸ₯°

To make Bread:
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
2/3 cup yoghurt
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
Butter (to spread the bread)
Mix dry ingredients then put yoghurt to make the dough. Leave for 30 mins. After make the dough divided into 8. Then each dough roll into round. Heat it over the pan to make the bread until it turns brown spread some butter on top and served.

To make the Hummus:
Ingredients:
1 can of Chickpeas
1/4 cup of tahini
1/2 squeeze lemon juice
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of olive oil
Pinch of pepper (optional)
Paprika(for spicy/optional)
Mix all the ingredients in a Blender or any Food Processor machine..adding little water to blend all the ingredients. When its blended well place it in a plate serve with olive oil on top with sprinkle of paprika and serve.πŸ₯°

Grilled Salmon with Veggies...πŸ₯°

Best for Diet Food:

Simple Ingredients..
1/2 kl Fresh Salmon
1 cup Baby Carrots
2 pcs Potatoes (cut into wedges)
1 pc zucchini
1 pc green bell pepper
Half cup of Parsley
1 lemon (squeeze/juice)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Pinch of oregano
1/4 butter (melted)

To make:
Marinate Salmon with salt, pepper and lemon and oregano...then place in a baking pan, spread the melted butter. Combine all veggies put salt and pepper and place it with the fish salmon, place in the oven for 30 mins in 180°. When cook served it with fresh lemon on the side...😊

Chicken Adobo with String beans....😍(Filipino Cuisine)

Ingredients:
I used the parts of chicken bones, wings...for this dish.(optional)

About 1/2 kl of chicken (cut)
1/4 kl of string beans
1/4 cup of Vinegar
1/2 cup Soy sauce
I also used: 2 tbsp of Mild sweet soy sauce or u can used oyster sauce (optional)
3-4 pcs of dried laurel leaves
1 tsp Black pepper (whole/ground)
1 tsp salt
2 knorr cubes
5 garlic gloves
2 pc onion
1 ginger (cut in long)
2 pcs grèen long chillis

To make:
Saute all the spices from ginger, garlic and onion, laurel leaves, pepper and chillis, then put the chicken and knorr cubes. Let it simmer for 5 mins putting the soysauce,vinegar and mild sweet soysauce. After 5 mins put the string beans and let it cook and simmer till the chicken is cook and the string beans for 20 mins and its done...ready to serve.😊

Pakbet (Filipino Cuisine)

Ingredients:(optional)
1/4 kl of beef (slice long)
1/2 mushrooms (cut thin slice)
1 pc small squash(cut inro cubes)
1/4 kl of okra
1pc eggplant
1/4 string beans
3 gloves of garlic
1 pc onion
1pc tomatoe
Salt and pepper to taste...

To make:
Saute:
Garlic, onion and tomatoe in a pan with a bit oil. Then the beef put a cup of water let it boil until its cook. Then add the mushrooms with squash, when half cook put the remaining veggies. Put salt and pepper to taste, simmer until cook and served.😊

Semolina Pineapple Cake...😍

First Step:
In your baking dish...
Put brown sugar with butter mix in 5 mins high flame...when done.Put slice pineapple spread evenly with cherries in the middle of pineapple. Leave it ready.

Second step:
Ingredients:(Semolina cake)
1 cup Semolina grind
1/2 cup Icing sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup veg. oil
2 tbsp. pineapple crush
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. Milk powder
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

To make:
Mix all dry ingredients with liquid ingredients evenly. Rest for 15 mins.
Then pour the batter mixture into the baking dish with pineapple and spread evenly.
Cook in Medium heat 30° to 50° until the cake is done. Served.😊

Baklava Turkish delights...😊

Simple Ingredients:

Filo pastry wrap
Butter (melted)
Pistachio nuts (grinded)

To make:

Cut Filo wrap into half.
Then u will need a baking dish. Spread a butter using a brush in the baking dish.. place the filo wrap then spread the butter again on top of the wrap 5times the 6 wrap after spreading the butter on top...put the grinded pistacio in the whole filo wrap then again put filo wrap 5x repeatedly spreading the butter the last 6wrap spread grinded pistacio and cover it again with the last filo wrap with butter.
Place it in the oven for 10 to 15 mins until golden brown 180Β°.
While its in the oven. Make a sugar syrup. To make a sugar syrup. Boil 1cup of sugar to half cup of water. Put a zest of lemon let it boil until it thickens and its done. Place it in the cook baklava so it will absorb the sweetness of the sugar syrup to the Baklava sweets and its done.

Crinkles Chocolate cookies...πŸ˜‹

Simple Ingredients...here's how to make:

3/4 cup of Cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients...
Then add 2 large eggs mix until well incorporated. Add 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.
Sift together:
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Mix well until combined.
Cover and chill in the fridge for 4 hrs. When done take a scoop of icecream to scoop in equal size then make a round shape and Coat each cookies in Icing sugar and place it in the oven 180Β° for about 10 to 15 mins. Let it cool completely before served.

Caramel Pudding...πŸ₯°

Simple to make...

Ingredients for pudding:
5 eggs (beat well)
1 can condensed milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients well until it becomes smooth set aside.

To make caramel simply cook 1/2 cup of sugar in medium heat caramelized in a pan. When its done. Then place in a baking pan or any baking dish u want to put your caramel pudding. When you finish put the caramel in your baking dish..put next your pudding mixture. Then let it steam in an oven baked for 350Β°F/1 hr. When done let it cool for 1hr before you served.

Arabic Sweets "Basbousa"...πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of Semolina flour
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup veg/ corn oil
1/2 cup of milk
Almonds(optional for toppings)

For Syrup:
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
A slice squeezed of lemon(optional)

Mix all dry ingredients and pour the liquid ingredients together until the mixture combined well.
Place in Baking pan and make a diagonal line...put Almond on top of each and bake for 180Β° for 30 mins..until golden brown.

For syrup:
Boil 1 cup of water and mix with 1 cup of sugar..squeezed half lemon and mix it in low fire until the syrup thickens and its ready.
When the Basbousa is cook, pour the syrup on top of the Basbosa to absorb the syrup. Then its ready to served.

1 3/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of yeast
1/4 cup of olive oil (optional)
1 3/4 cup of water ice cold (40Β°F)

Semolina flour or cornmeal

Cinnamon roll....😊

Ingredients:

For the dough:

4 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
4 tbsp of powder milk
4 tbsp of sugar
3 tsp of yeast
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of oil
1 1/4 cup water

First step:
Mix the 3 tsp of yeast and 2 tbsp of sugar with 1 cup of water... wait until the yeast rise for 15mins.

Second step:
When the yeast is rise and bubbly mix them all with the ingredients...to make the dough. Leave it for one hour at room temperature.

For filling ingredients:
Half cup of brown sugar
4 tbsp of butter
4 tbsp of cinnamon powder
1 tsp of vanilla

Third step:
Flatten the dough.
Fill the dough with melted butter
Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon powder and vanilla extract.
Spread the mixtures into the dough.

Forth step:
Then roll it gently cut into about 1 and half inches each roll. Place it in a pan and bake it for about 15 to 20 mins in 180Β° heat.

For Glaze ingredients:
Half cup of freshmilk
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of cream cheese
Mix all ingredients in a low fire temp until it thicken...seperate.

Fifth step:
When the cinnamon roll is ready leave it until its cold...put the filling Glaze on top of the cinnamon roll and serve.
