It’s been a while! I’m excited to share with you all that I have been working at a local restaurant, The Wobbly Olive! It is an exciting, yet familiar change for me. I hope you all come and support us like you have for me these past few years. Here’s my first new kitchen pic! This is not on the menu, I just felt like treating the crew to family dessert- beet and lime ganache, chèvre and white chocolate mousse, ritz crumble and candied citrus with ginger. Stay tuned!

Friends! There is a big change coming and I think it’s time to share the news. The UNcommons will no longer be in operation (for the time being) after this weekend. We have had some family changes that led us to this decision, and while it’s not an easy thing to do, we will be switching directions for now. This decision really is the best for all members of our family, but that doesn’t make it easier to share with you all.

I will miss feeding each and every one of you. You all have made my job the last three years the absolute best, and I want to thank you for your open arms, your genuine care and support and your friendship. Truly, thank you.

In the meantime, please come and say “see ya later” at our last round of breweries over the weekend! You can find us today at Fossil Craft Beer Company from 4-8, Urban Animal Beer Co Saturday from 12-4 and Metric Brewing Sunday 12-6. See you at the window!

Thank you to everyone that came out to celebrate with us yesterday and our Big Grand Opening! Let's do it all over again today! Taproom opens at Noon and we are ready to hang with you!
