Today I want to share with you a little concept called Feelgood February. I’ve never been one for New Year’s resolutions or Dry January or any kind of commitment that can’t be sustained all year. January in the northern hemisphere is miserable enough! Plus it’s my birthday month so I want to eat cake. When we lived in Hong Kong I adopted Lunar New Year as a fresh start, a way to reset in a more laidback way and Feelgood Feb was born. Rather than restricting myself or limiting my options I make different choices. Eating better, moving more, stressing less. I still eat crisps and have a glass of wine every now and then but I don’t feel guilty about it because I have found a balance that works for me. Making better choices more often soon becomes a habit that lasts longer than a month. What do you think, could you adopt ?

Good morning yogis! A reminder that there will be no classes over the next two weeks as we break for half term. You can now book ahead for November and December, and the schedule remains the same. Private classes are available on request and times are flexible!
Unfortunately, I have had to adjust my prices slightly as hiring costs have gone up but if you are currently on a package you will not be affected by this. Enjoy the break and I will see you all on the 31st for some Halloween Yoga! 🎃
