UPDATE:
Hello—I wanted to give a bit of an update! I will not be taking any weddings (aside from family/friends, in 2024) I’ve thought about this for a while and feel like it would be a wise decision to take a step back.
Thank you for those of you who have supported me and cheered me on—I appreciate you so much! It has been a blast doing what I love again. I have such deep gratitude for all of the referrals and bookings whether you are another beauty related provider or a past bride/bridesmaid.
I still love bridal styling, and this probably isn’t goodbye forever, but I’m honestly extremely exhausted and worn out. I’ve also been dealing with daily neck, shoulder, and wrist pain and my body is tired—standing and doing hair for hours has not helped. (Yes, I’ve gone to many PT, chiropractors, and doctors and I’m trying to figure out what the next step is).
Additionally, and largely contributing to the exhaustion, my husband and I have become foster parents and I’ve missed many weekends with whatever little ones we have in our home at that time and I need to be there for those slow, family-filled, Saturdays. Thank you for your understanding! ♥️
