Lancaster & Morecambe Cat Rescue
We are a group of dedicated volunteers located around Lancaster and Morecambe area, here to help cats
Penelope and Eloise are approximately 14 weeks old and ready for their forever home together.
Eloise has a heart shape on her nose.
They came into rescue with their brother (already adopted) when they were 6 weeks old.
They are typical playful kittens who will play with each other and also happily play by themselves with toys. They do however always seek each other out when it comes to having a nap.
They could be adopted to a home with existing cats, they will be fine with cat savvy respectful children, they haven’t met any dogs but with slow introductions with a cat friendly dog they would be okay.
They are microchipped, vaccinations and have had flea and worm treatment.
Penelope and Eloise are a bonded pair of kittens and need to go together.
If you could give these lovely girls a home please ring Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue on 07425327772
Please leave a CLEAR message and one of our volunteers will get back to you

Hello everybody
I'm Tilly. I'm 1 year old. I'm being looked after by Lancaster & Morecambe Cat Rescue and am looking for a new family to live with.
My story isn't unusual. I went for a night out and met a boy. Well you can guess the rest. I was only 8 months old at the time, so I didn't get to enjoy my kitten hood as I became a mum.
I would love a home with no young children, older ones will do as they can see to my needs and commands 😺😺. Or somebody who I can cuddle up to and will play with me.
A garden or yard would be nice as I love to sit in the sunshine and watch the world go by.
I have all my vaccinations and been microchipped.
I know this is my advert, but my two friends Arthur and Rosie are also looking for their new home. They are 10 years old. The nice lady doing this advert has put a picture of them on
Please phone the rescue on 07425 327772 if you could give Tilly her furever home, or if you are interested in Arthur and Rosie.
Please leave a CLEAR message with your name and contact telephone number and a volunteer will get back to you
She was 18… 🥺
“She was 18. Her family, who loved her whole life, took her, a vaccination booklet, a leash, a collar and her belongings and took her to the Baldwin Park shelter. They said they were tired of fighting with an older dog, signed papers and left, without even looking at her.
When she was picked up by a volunteer at the shelter, she leaned on him probably wishing it was all just an ugly dream.
The moment was immortalized by photographer John Hwang, who was in the shelter at the time.
Unfortunately, dogs love sincerely, with all their heart, with all their soul and are unable to understand that human 'love forever' most often has an expiration date.. - to annual, to moving, to illness, to old age...”
Dogs definitely deserve better people and people don’t deserve dogs !

Looking for her furrever home - Millie
Despite being a brilliant mum to five gorgeous kittens (who have now been adopted), 9 month old Millie is still very much a kitten herself and loves to play! A little cautious at first, she is curious and enjoys being with people. With a bit of time and patience she enjoys strokes and is becoming more and more confident.
She has always lived with other cats and gets on very well with them, so a home with a friendly cat that she can gain confidence from would be ideal. She’d also prefer a home with no young children. She has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped - and is ready to start her new life!
If you can offer this sweet girl a home, please call us on 07425 327772. Leave a CLEAR voicemail and include your name and phone number, and one of our volunteers will get back to you ASAP.

Meet Twin girls Zuzu and Petal who are looking for their forever home together.
These sweet, gentle cats are around 12 months old and are nervous but getting braver (and cheekier!) every day. Zuzu loves Webbox treats, snoozing and head rubs, and her sister Petal is chatty and curious, and loves to explore her surroundings. These two lovelies will thrive in a quiet, spacious home with experienced, patient owners who will let them find their feet in their own time. They could live with another friendly cat or cats, but no children or other pets please. A safe garden to enjoy once they’ve settled in is also on their wishlist.
The girls are spayed, microchipped and up to date with vaccinations.
if you can offer the ideal home to gorgeous Zuzu and Petal please phone Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue on 07425 327772. Leave a CLEAR message – and please include your name and contact number – and a volunteer will get back to you ASAP.

Meet gorgeous older girl Jess, who at 10+ doesn't show any signs of aging. One of the most fussy girls we've had at Lancaster and Morecambe cat rescue, she even purred when being vaccinated at the vets recently. Jess is looking for a loving home, when she can enjoy lots of fuss, in return Jess would be a lovely little cat.
Jess is up to date with her vaccinations, is microchipped and spayed. She has also received flea and worming treatments.
If you could give Jess her furever home please phone Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue on 07425 327772. Leave a CLEAR message with your name and contact number and a volunteer will get back to you
